Prices were extremely high across the board, and a lot of booths had items that looked like they were straight from Amazon, Shein, or Temu but marked up significantly. That alone was frustrating, especially for a place marketed as an antique destination. The staff we encountered were also not friendly, which didn't help the experience. On top of that, there was a live band playing somewhere on the property, and the sound carried throughout the entire building. It was loud enough that everyone in our group ended up with a headache, which made it really hard to enjoy browsing. We ended up leaving early, which says a lot considering I had planned to spend the whole day there. Overall, not what I expected, and I wouldn't return.

It was pouring raining outside so I knew I could take my time while I was there! Because, I'm here from Atlanta I'm not that familiar with this location! When I walked in I asked an associate where were the socks. She sent me in the wrong direction, so I asked another and she told me where they were. I found the socks and was looking for the ones that was in their ads. They wasn't their nor was there a sign showing that they might have been there! I must have spent pretty close to 20 minutes looking for these socks. They were not there! At this point i'm thinking "bait n switch!" This was not the 1st time I've shopped this location based on something that was listed in their ads and ran into the same results! I made my way to what is left of their toy section! That's when I notice this tall black guy following me! I knew he was following me because, I made my wat to the book section and he was there too three isles over just standing there! I purposely took my time looking for books for a 2 yrs old. And sure enough he was still there watching me. Finally, the rain eased up and I took my items to the checkout and he was there too! He made a purchase and I remember thinking, maybe he was a customer, until instead of going out the door, he walked to the back of the store. I get it, shoplifting is a issues especially in today economy, but everybody is not a shoplifting! And being followed around a store that practice "bait n switch" really made me feel some kind of way! I'm angry, but I get it! The sales people are friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. So why not more than three stars? You ask. My primary issue is I don't really enjoy this model of shopping. The merchandising is very much like TJ MAX, Ross or any place where items are just mixed in. It's for those who really like the "hunt," of shopping. I just do not. Which is the reason I tend to shop online more. Secondly there were no incentives offers for purchases. The lines are so long and finally, there were only two stalls in the bathroom but in all fairness the bathroom was clean.

They try to get the best deals they can and always help you carry your stuff to your car. Everyone is so friendly and we've gotten some wonderful deals here. Such a wide variety every week of liquidation/returns from Walmart, Amazon & Target - it's worth to go weekly! I've gotten everything from clothes to books to an outdoor shed to an outdoor fireplace to toys to shoes (plus more!). Seriously, this place is a wonderful shop. :-)

My husband and I were lucky to score a street spot nearby. The store is rather small with individual rooms so he opted for fresh air while I enjoyed shopping the unique finds. I eyed up scented bar soaps, cute little bowl, earrings, stationary, scarves, journals, lotions, candles and such before I landed on a Fulton & Roark colognes for my husband. The staff were friendly and this was a fun store to visit.

The staff greeted us right away, were super friendly, and never hovered - just the perfect balance. They explained that they could order upholstered furniture made by local North Carolina manufacturers in a variety of syles and fabrics. We spent a relaxed hour or so looking at floor models, picking out fabrics, and taking home some swatches. A day later (after measuring twice and holding swatches up to our walls a few times), we placed the order. The pieces were built and delivered on time and looked even better than we imagined - exactly what we wanted. Then, a few days after delivery, we noticed an awful creaking noise every time we sat on the loveseat. We called the store immediately. Initially they told us warranty issues go through the manufacturer, and honestly that's when things got frustrating. The manufacturer was painfully slow (borderline unresponsive) and weeks went by with almost no progress. That's when Susan at Going Twice stepped in and completely turned the situation around. Once we let the store know we were hitting dead-ended with the manufacturer, Susan took ownership. She stayed on top of them, pushed the claim through, and kept us updated the entire time. Yesterday the replacement loveseat arrived - it's gorgeous and (most importantly) 100% creak-free. Thank you, Susan, and the whole Going Twice team, for standing behind what you sell and taking such good care of your customers. You didn't have to go the extra mile, but you did, and we are so grateful. We'll absolutely be back for future furniture needs!
