I also appreciate very much that you were still able to do my haircut since I was late by almost 15 minutes. I sincerely hope that I didn't mess up the flow of your day, especially when I asked for you to go a little bit shorter with the cut and you essentially had to cut it twice! You were extremely kind both times you have done my hair now and I very much appreciate that in anyone and anything right now in my life especially. What a wonderful experience with Stephanie and rest of the team members! Today was the first time my daughter and I visited On Stage, and we will definitely be back. From the moment we walked in, I was so impressed with the customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail. I loved how Stephanie went over the plan for my cut and highlights before the process started. I felt like my cut and highlights were definitely customized to me and the needs of my hair, as well as my coloring and even the shape of my face. I asked Stephanie to just look at me and give me the cut and color combo she thought would suit me the best, and she certainly did! As for my 12 year old daughter, she did such a great job adding some layers in to her naturally curly hair to lighten it up and keep it from getting so heavy. She also worked around areas where my daughter had cut knots out of her own hair (at home, unbeknownst to me), layering them in with the rest of her hair. Kirsten is absolutely amazing! Not only did she save me from my blue hair catastrophe about a year ago, she continues to do an amazing job each time I go see her. She is always focused, she talks just the right amount (I'm a bit shy), she is very kind, and she seems to love her craft. This time I really got to see her talent because previous appointments were focused on fixing my blue box kit blunder, and letting my hair heal from the damage I caused. She is literally like a color magician!! I went quite blonde this time. The way the highlights mix into my already caramel colored hair, is gorgeous!! I also asked for curtain bangs and a shag, so I was a bit nervous about the cut, but it looks exactly like I wanted. My hair looks amazing, and feels so healthy! I feel like a new hot babe! Emily was my hairstylist today and she did a wonderful job!! I came in having a bad day and left feeling beautiful, refreshed, and smiling!! She made my day from the time she introduced herself! We had fun conversations and she helped me to come to the exact result I wanted with my hair. On top of that, I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted walking in but she helped me with that as well. I've had a rough couple of weeks due to some medical issues and this appointment helped me forget about it for the time being and made me feel like myself again. I've come to On Stage my whole life whether for haircuts or makeup for prom and have never had a bad experience. Y'all will always be my go-to salon for as long as I'm in the area!! I LOVE MY HAIRCUT!!! This young lady(Brenna) was a doll! I came in wanting quite a big chop and she was immediately honest with me that she would like to bring a more experienced stylist in on the cut if I was okay with it. I agreed. It was such a breath of fresh air to see someone make my satisfaction with my hair her priority. She not only took the time to perfect the skills she already had, but was humble enough to learn some new ones along the way. Her willingness to listen to her client, learn without ego or pride, and the skill set she is already excelling in are what will ABSOLUTELY make me a return client. The gentleman who was willing to come alongside her to help was wonderful, gracious, and patient. This was just an all around great visit. We love Sydnye! Thank you for giving my girls the ultimate princess experience! My youngest, E. (5), was a little nervous about the shampoo treatment and held my hand for a little while, but I knew she was fine when she let go of my hand and relaxed as Mrs. Sydnye shampooed her hair. She was in heaven! My oldest, K. (8), had decided to donate 12" of her hair to Wigs for Kids and Mrs. Sydnye helped her navigate that "big haircut shock" fabulously! Other members of the staff (I apologize that I didn't get your name) helped the girls to glasses of "fancy" citrus water and spa cookies. They truly felt like princesses. It made this Mama's day! I had an amazing experience getting my haircut and color done! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Nicole really listened to what I wanted and offered great suggestions based on my hair type and skin tone. The haircut is exactly what I was hoping for--clean, flattering, and easy to manage. As for the color, I'm absolutely in love! It looks vibrant yet natural, with just the right dimension and shine. I've gotten so many compliments already! Sydnye was wonderful! I have extremely thick hair (3 bowls of color!) but Sydnye was patient and thorough. She took her time and did not try to rush and my hair looks wonderful. We used a lot of bleach but she took the time to tone and condition it correctly so it doesn't feel like straw, it's super soft. She explained the maintenance of it to me very clearly and definitely earned a new client today. And as silly as it may sound, she's not overly chatty so you can sit and relax while she's working. Let's be real, not all of us are good at small talk. Introverts rejoice! 5/5 would recommend her and I will absolutely be going back. read more

Charlie was absolutely amazing. I literally couldn't believe how stunning my hair looked once we were done. I haven't been to a salon in over 4 years and decided it was time to make a huge change and cut most of my hair off. I was super nervous and wasn't sure how it was going to turn out, but she was super excited to style and cut my hair for me. We cut over 7 inches off, she put beautiful layers in my hair, and to finish everything she styled my hair in a blowout, which I've never done before. Overall one of the best experiences I have ever had and will absolutely be coming back to Charlie for anything I need. 100/10 from me! read more

Well so I just wanted to say how great jennelle was this morning. I showed up a few minutes late (sorry) but she still did a great job! Gave me exactly (almost scary) what I wanted. I was comforted by the fact that she has tenure and didn't just come out of school but is still "hip" enough to be modern in her style. It's hard to find that balance in our area. Hannah was so helpful and understood what I wanted to do with my hair even though I myself did not have a complete vision of what I wanted. I had never had foils or bleach before so she explained the process to me the whole time. She was very kind and was easy to talk with but didn't talk too much, either. My hair turned out great! This was my first time here but it will be my salon from now on. They were able to get me in right away, and the experience was great. Very friendly and pleasant greetings and service from everyone. Nicole has been cutting & coloring my hair for years and I am always pleased. Nicole is all about her customers . And today Karleigh gave me the best shampoo I have ever had. Madi did a wonderful job of fixing a mistake I made on my hair. She was a very straight to the point person. She made sure to ask me what I wanted for my cut and for the styling. I was a super last minute appointment (scheduled it this morning), and she did a wonderful job working me in. I could tell she was concerned about making sure she started her next client on time, but that did NOT cause her to rush or half-ass my cut. Me and my son went there for a haircut this afternoon. We didn't set up an appointment and just walked in, the staff were very nice and was able to take us in. Mandy, who cut my hair was so nice and sweet. This was also my son's very first salon experience, he got nervous but Alex and Mandy was very helpful and made him feel at eased and made it a very pleasant experience. Charlie is GREAT!!!! She has my hair color down perfectly after having been seeing her for over a year, but this was the first time I had her make a significant change by cutting and styling. I looove it!!! She was very candid about what she thought I needed and explained why. I decided to trust her advice and I'm so glad I did!
