My leather seats and steering wheel are nice and shiny and you slide right in. The car smells amazing! They were able to pull up stains and gunk from the leather that had been there much longer than they should've been from little gremlins riding in the backseat. The gentleman kept my boyfriend up-to-date on when the car would be done. Worked with my time frame and quickly worked me in. Took a little longer than stated, but I could understand given the shape of the car. The extra time was evident. My car was CLEAN! Cracks, crevices, between console and seat, engine compartment looked showroom new...incredible detail! I thought the price was more than fair, maybe even a bargain (loll)...I will be returning for a ceramic paint treatment bc of the quality...Great recent/upstart business with a very promising future.

Between burned paint and having more scratches than it had coming in, I'd have been better off just going and doing it myself. I was not able to pack, and their packing service was perfect. None of my items were broken during transit and she taught me how to be thoughtful about packing in the future. Her service was so affordable I'll likely call her to pack me any time I move again. Overall I really appreciated my service. My friend lives in Eureka, IL. He told me that I need to call Sancken Automotive and he said that he goes to Sancken Automotive for all his car needs. So I took his advise and my friend was right. The owner, Jeff Sancken, arrived 10 minutes later and towed me to his shop. His team of mechanics were fast and efficient.
