As this is a rental property that I would be unable to constantly monitor, regular reports on the progress of the project would be essential. This company was highly recommended to me by local sources. From beginning to end, I could not have been more satisfied with the experience. The company owner Brian Jones was personally on the site and involved with his team on a daily basis. He provided me with a detailed report of all materials and labor at the end of each week, and also contacted me as any questions came up and not even the smallest deviation from the original contract was made without my understanding and approval.
