Brett walked us through the steps of how to make one of his signature cocktails during the online event, and it was so much fun to see all the steps broken down. Alcomy sells several different flavors that I can't wait to try. I had the Malibu Sunset (lemon, orange, raspberry, hibiscus, and rosemary), but you can also get Old Fashioned, Spicy Basil Margarita (umm, YUM), Blue Velvet and Blackberry Smash. The Malibu Sunset mix was perfection with gin, but I could also see it being amazing with vodka. Brett also does mixology classes, which I think sound like a blast. I could see doing something like that on zoom during COVID, but I also can't wait to book an in-person class once social distancing restrictions are eased.

We chose a Smoked Bourbon Old Fashioned (lots of bourbon enthusiasts here) and a Mai Tai (for a few of us that aren't). Rachel and her husband were amazing. The arrived early, setup, and was all ready before the first guest arrived. They served beer, wine and cider. They did an excellent job of making sure there was something to fit everyone's tastebuds. The address is listed as south of 465, but this service is a mobile beer trailer. We went with the 1960s Vintage Camper. If you look at my photos, you'll see the camper. But go to Indybeertaps.com and you'll see more photos. The camper was very picturesque. They setup a chalkboard with the drink selections listed. There was a wicker chair and a planter as well. These small touches went a long way to create a picture perfect memorable event. We all had a great time. They gave us excellent service. I brought a growler to fill of my favorite brew as well. Have a party, need a mobile drink truck... look no farther!

Also we're running only two trays with eight slices of cake out each and talking in the back line not really caring about the delivery of the service! Also, they took out the cake outside to cut it. When I went back Flies were all over the cut piece waiting to be served to the guest, constantly running out of water and it was a hot day. The mother of the groom kept running back to the room to chased them down as they we're hiding in the back room behind closed doors, , not even rotating out to the dining hall to see if they could do any work! The leader kept saying she was taking accountability that was an excuse as I don't believe she even knew what accountability means. it waste of money and a very disappointing service for a wedding that we have looked forward to for a long time.
