I called Marquise and talked to him about it and I selected the Express Interior/Exterior for $30.99 and made an appointment. Marquise and his team were finished within 30 to 45 minutes and I was amazed. They had removed almost every speck of dead love bug from my exterior, hand washed it and then did the interior, applied Armor All and then did the sidewalls as well. I did notice a few little spots that they had missed but the guys immediately grabbed the cleaning solution and rags and took care of them. I was quite impressed and I would recommend them to anyone who is tired of the lack of service and attention to detail you get at some of the other local car washes. Great service for a full detail. The whole process was inly a few hours, and the staff were friendly. Only points I would say are: 1) some trash wasn't thrown out but rather put into the center console. To be fair, it may have been my responsibility to "pre-clean". 2) there was still some sand in the trunk post-clean. Again this may be my fault for not removing a beach towel from the trunk that could have shook some sand out when they replaced it after the vacuuming. read more

Let me start by saying my car needed some serious love to it. Previous owner had to be a mechanic of some sort and treated the car as an A to B car and didn't see its potential! I called late yesterday afternoon to see if I could have my 2006 Honda Civic hybrid interior detailed. Deep deep shampoo and conditioned to remove the filth inside. Both gentlemen let me know they normally go by appointments but told me to bring the car on it and they will make it happen. I brought the car in and they take a look inside.. I let them know I plan to leave it overnight so they could preform a miracle and take all the time they need! I noticed they do window tinting so I added that also. It's to hot in Florida to have a fishbowl! Mr. Pittman called me the following morning to confirm everything I wanted done to remove any miscommunication, which was much appreciated. Had them meet me at a Target parking lot on a Monday afternoon, since my condo complex frowns on people doing automotive stuff inside the gates. Brought my brand new car here to have it tinted as I found them online with good prices. After having it tinted the first time which was not done very well, bubbles and scratches were all over each window that had been tinted. I rescheduled to have it fixed and it now looks worse than the first time I had them perform the service on my vehicle! To top it off they also scratched the passenger door seal down to the bare metal while doing so! When confronted about the damage they said there's no way they could've done so and brushed it off. Brought my car to On The Spot Jax off of Edison Ave to have my filthy carpets and leather seats cleaned. For what I paid them, they did an okay job on my carpets on seats. However, when I brought my car to the site, there was nothing wrong with it and it was in perfectly good condition on the inside. When I got into my car to leave, I noticed that one of two of my interior lights was not turning off. I tried turning it off, and to my surprise, yep, you're right... It was broken. Constantly on with no way to click it off. I told the young manager/owner about it and he assured me that he and the other young boy that cleaned my carpets did not clean up where my interior lights were. I let him know that even though he didn't clean up there, the equipment they used could have easily hit it breaking it. He let me know that he would get "the guy up the street who fixes cars" to look at it. Unaware of what else to do, I simply told him I would be in contact at a further date to discuss it further. As I'm backing out if the garage, I attempt to plug my phone up to the back car charger only to find that my back cigarette lighter was pulled right out of the console! I immediately call him from my car and tell him. He AGAIN agrees to have "the guy from up the street" to look at my car at a later date. After a few weeks of being busy between work and family, I sent him this email: "Hi, this is Jennifer Johnson. You detailed my car about a three weeks ago and in the process my left light and back cigarette lighter were broken. I haven't come back yet to speak with you about it because I've been very busy with work and family. I just wanted you to know that if you had let me know that these things were broken, I would've just asked for my money back for your services. However, I was made to feel like it was my fault when it obviously wasn't. I think it's only fair for me to bring in the estimate I received for the damage and to be refunded for it and also your services. I will not post any negative feedback for my experience. You can email me back with your reply." Ten minutes later, he leaves me a voice mail informing me he will not be taking ANY responsibility for ANY of the damages. All I want is what is owed. Nothing more, nothing less. All I want is some responsibility. And I will continue to post this anywhere I need until I am compensated for the damage that was done to my car. read more

I googled a few places and decided to give them a try. It was a last minute decision. I called about 2.5 hrs before close and they said they'll take me today. Arrived and was greeted immediately. Great customer service, friendly and personable staff. Toni- she even taught me something I didn't know about my truck. My truck was done in an hour even with the getting platinum plus package. They had me inspect my car before paying and everything looked brand new. (I told them it looked better than when I first bought it) I mentioned wanting to get tint and Maurice educated me on their products and provided me a quote. Nothing pushy like a salesman and I like that in customer service. Overall it was a good experience because I'm a stickler for great customer services and getting exactly what I paid for. I even got military discount. Needless to say I have found the place that will be keeping my truck looking new for as long as I'm in Jax.
