My wife is a nervous passenger and I usually have to say something to drivers, but Doug was slow, careful and cautious. And the fare was reasonable too! I highly recommend Kathy's Taxi Kab. I was visiting my parents for a long weekend and called to schedule an early morning pickup to the airport. Knowing that I would need a cab at 5am I called two days ahead of time so they could schedule it and thus reduce the inconvenience. Ironically the dispatcher made a snide remark about being sure I was going to be there because "her drivers were getting tired of no shows". Fast forward two days, I'm sitting on the front porch at 4:45am with the porch light on, bags beside me, ready to go. 5am comes and goes. At 5:10 I call the taxi service and it goes straight to voice mail. At 5:15 I finally woke my parents up and they ended up driving me to the airport. I made my flight but no thanks to Mary's Taxi. No call, no show and very unprofessional.
