I connected with Larry who not only took on the job, he also recommended a better pick-up time based on possible traffic snarls, and also kept in contact with me letting me know how things were going. My dad got to his destination in Sarasota with plenty of time to spare. The morning of the drive, I was greeted by Mark who was a real pleasure. We ended up chatting the whole 45-50 minute drive. He is very friendly and personable.
