What has been most heartbreaking is not simply delays or confusion, but the feeling that human beings in crisis are too often treated like paperwork instead of people. When someone's health, livelihood, dignity, and future are hanging in the balance, a system entrusted to help should never leave a person feeling abandoned, unheard, or defeated. I entered this process hoping for advocacy and meaningful assistance. Instead, I have too often been met with contradictions, lack of clarity, poor communication, and decisions that seem disconnected from the real-life consequences they carry. No one seeking help through a vocational rehabilitation program should walk away feeling more hopeless than when they arrived. It's a horrifying program and should be shut down.

There have been great reasons for leaving each position and all but one is positive, but that does not particularly matter or affect the decision making process. Moreover, I was informed there are hundreds of candidates applying for each role and compared to a resume that has even a month more of experience in a position, I will be declined. This goes to say that, if your resume isn't stellar or if you don't have long work history your chances of finding a job with them are slim to none. This is not the staffing agency for me, as I've had more success applying directly to jobs via Glassdoor and indeed, and getting interviews scheduled with the same resume. Their customer service is wonderful! I am just unable to compete with 300+ applicants that have a plethora of experience and long work history. I believe if you're in the same predicament and you're not getting calls or you're getting rejected for everything , even though you have experience, this most likely is the reason why. It may be best to not apply and use your energy applying elsewhere with a well thought cover letter and statistics added to your resume.

Each time the first contact recruiter let's me know they will forward my resume to their supervisor to see if they want to present me to the client. Everytime I do not get a callback, text or email. I have called several times and they state they will have someone follow up but they don't. I've had one of the recruiters say she will present me to her supervisor Jessica. No response. Now I understand if they don't want to present me to the client but at least call me back or email me letting me know. I get my hopes up for what seems like a good fit for the job. Then just silence. They really don't seem to care unless they can place you and get the commission.

Very shocking practices at this staffing company, which may or may not be out of business and may or may not have changed names. I've had dealings with both the original and the replacement business, which I do believe essentially are the same people. It's very disappointing to say the least. They hired a lot of people over a couple of years, including friends and relatives of myself and Barbi, and gave him the runaround, and basically took their money and didn't pay them. I'm shocked that this kind of slave labour exists in the United States, but it really does. I mean are we in Qatar or Dubai? Are we in sweatshops? No, we're supposedly in the Bastion of freedom and capitalism, but capitalism and freedom aren't the same thing at all, are they, because you can capitalize on people by exploiting and enslaving them. Welcome to the land of the caged, where you can not get paid for your work and never get compensated. Sure, some arrests of low-level employees were made, but the people that got the money are probably in the islands planning their next scheme to continue to get richer quick at the expense of the masses. So be very careful who you work for and let that be a cautionary Tale. I hope they all end up in jail for 20 years.
