If choosing Zero stars was available I would have chosen that. This place has horrible customer service. I called prior to driving 45 minutes due to this being the closest location, i simply asked if they are taking only certain things at the time to prevent loading my car with all that I had & I was told no we take all seasons and anything in good conditions with all parts. fast forward to when i arrived I was told to sign in on the tablet, once i did came back with all of my things , spoke to the lady again & then I left . I got a call 5 minutes later and was told they needed me to return because they didn't get a copy of my license. I then waited 3 hours to be notified my sale was ready & arrived to be told " oh we have a lot of these items already" . I was only offered 60$ for 2 bath tubs , a bouncer , and 2 containers of clothes. I will definitely not bring anything back here. read more

They deserve ZERO stars. I would not trust my items with this location... First off she pulls a bin with items i didn't bring and offers me $30. i tell her my name and she still says, yes these toys! Luckily I'm an honest person and tell her that wasn't mine. Prior to me arriving, I called to let her know I was extremely far away and if they didn't take much I would just come tomorrow bc it wouldn't be worth my time. she told me she can't tell me how much $$ it is because they want to force people to come physically into the store. Fine. So i pack up my sleepy child and make the trek from Buckhead to Buford during prime traffic time. Do you know when she finally paid attention to the names on the receipts they hadn't accepted a SINGLE item? Meaning I drove an hour in traffic to get a bag of clothes going to Good will and no money. I literally called specifically before. How do they not have the decency to share that information over the phone? That is so inconsiderate of peoples time and gas. It's not like I was just ditching my items, I would have came another day like tomorrow. Every other location in Atlanta sends you more information via text. If they don't accept any items, it clearly says - Sorry we weren't able to accept any items. Please come collect your items at your convenience. Withholding that information bc you need to clear out your messy store is just wrong on so many levels! You can't wait one night for me to come knowing you didn't accept any items?? And had me rush to come before closing or i would "lose my cash offer and it would just be store credit". My cash offer of ZERO dollars!!!! lol A joke!!!! I will never come back to this location. Other locations like Duluth and Woodstock are much more organized and professional! If you want us to rush back and collect items, how about taking shorter than three hours to review them??? They should get advice from other locations how to properly run a resale store. read more

Waste of time. I've shopped with them for two years. I tried to sell baby equipment that was sitting in the garage. It's laughable that they wrote "bring back." What mom in this current world has time to "wash" the items and "bring back"? I'm not lugging all of that by myself AGAIN. I was always under the impression that Once Upon a Child cleans and sanitized the items after purchase. Now I'm under the impression that they may not even clean the baby equipment hoping that whichever mom sold it to them has already done so and just puts it out on display. That's a real problem because if you asked me to clean, it probably would've been wiped with water. Save yourself the hassle and just post on FB Marketplace or sell to Kid to Kid on the other side of the mall. read more

I came in to drop some things off with my baby and was offered no asisstance getting anything out of the car and i know they could see me through the window. I brought in a diaper box full of clothes in very good condition, one swing, a bouncer seat and a tummy timr mat. They took about 5 onesie, the bouncer seat and offered me $14. They told me the swing had a stain on it and i should wash it and bring it back. Then i asked about everything else, they said oh we have alot of 0-24 months right now... BS. Again i have my baby with me and no one again offered to help me load anything back into my vehicle after seeing me struggle. At one point i was at the counter waiting to ask another question and the staff is just sitting there having a conversation laughing and turned to me as if i was disturbiing their girl chat, i saw a previous review that said the same thing prior to going and decided to give them a try anyway since they were closest to me. Well bad idea. They also keep their strollers outside with "rain covers" on them but i wouldnt trust buying one of those at all. read more

I've been a customer at this location for the past year and a half. Never any concerns until this past week. While I was there shopping with my kids, the employees were having very loud personal conversations. Anything from what guys they liked, how they all went out the night before drinking together etc. Even when I was at the counter paying they continued. It made me feel like I was interrupting their social gathering. It was annoying and unprofessional. Management should have a chat about work place appropriate conversations with their employees. read more

GO TO MARKETPLACE BEFORE THIS!!!!!!! I'm a momma of 4 girls so you can imagine how many clothes I have and how many untouched clothes I have. I called before hand to make sure they were accepting clothes and what type. well I get there and I'm inform but a rude old lady that they only take two boxes ( would of been nice to have been told that on the phone call 2 hours earlier). but thankfully I only had two boxes. my friend told me about this. I normally sell my girls clothes by the bunch for 100$ on marketplace. and if I'm giving any mama advice it's that girl post it on anything before coming here. not only are they rude and act like they have better places to be but they wanted to take ALL my name brand pieces and then trade for 25$. I'm just saying for a mom who wants to give the good clothes to someone who will cherish them don't go her put it on market place more money and better experience no old ladies who are mad they are working still. read more

Horrible Customer Service! Inconsiderable staff. Ignore certain customers, and act nonchalant when asked questions or express concern. DONATE TO HOMELESS SHELTERS INSTEAD, these people are not nice. This was my first time here and I was debating on selling my boy's stuff since I got ripe off selling to Kids to Kids, but they were friendly and was very responsive to every question I had for them. I sold them a trash bag of shoes and cot for $33 so to me that wasn't bad. My only complaint was they told me 45 mins and it took about an hour and half review my stuff. Sold bunch of supplies and large toys for almost nothing couple dollars and they cost fortune. Called one time to ask if they'll buy large kids Cars themed toys and tracks they said yes then when I came in lugged it to my car after unscrewing and then lugged into store with no help and no one cared to open door for me in or out and they said I need to put it together with no tools. They could have told me before I brought to store and I asked why they didn't tell me this they said ppl bring trucks and load ... cause everyone has trucks ... read more

I go out of my way often to shop here. This is a smaller store than the OUAC's I'm used to in Ohio where I'm from, but I still love it. It being a smaller store makes it feel less overwhelming. It's very neat and easy to shop and get around with a stroller. They always have nice items and I've never left empty handed. The staff is amazing! They're very helpful and friendly. I shopped here last week and had a great interaction with the manager (I wish I knew her name). She approached me while I was by the pjs and said, "I just wanted to let you know I appreciate you coming in and shopping with us today. Are you finding everything ok?". She went above and beyond to go out of her way to make me feel like a valued customer. I do wish they had a bigger selection of certain items, which is a downfall of it being a smaller location. read more

I think the store is great for shopping. Prices are very low, clothing is in great condition and it's nicely organized. They are picky about clothing selections. As a seller, the first time you sell they give you a $5 certificate and it takes anywhere between 15 minutes to an hour to figure out what they'll offer you and they'll pay you the same day in cash or store credit. But, the reason I didn't five them 5 stars is because they offer very little for clothing than what I'm use to. On 20 articles of clothing they offered me $35, that's less than $2 per garment and I had several new and tagged Gymboree and Hannah Andersson pieces. They are running a profitable business, so it makes sense, but not a great money maker for the seller. read more

I've never written any bad review about any place but this place, I should do it to let other people know before visiting it. It was such a very very very bad experience!! All the staffs here seemed to not wanting to work. They were super rude to me. I called before coming in to ask if they accept used baby stuffs and they said yes, anything except car seat due to the safety. Then I brought my stuffs in and they told me to come back the next day to pick up my cash reward. I asked if there was any day I could come back since I had to work and they said no, only tomorrow??? I received a message the day after and when I came, you know what, they was so rude! :) They brought my stuffs out and told me they did not accept them. I opened my box and most of the baby clothes, swear to god, my baby just wore them ONCE! Our family just moved to this state so I do not know anybody to giveaway or either place to donate them. I wish I did since I better give them for free instead of bringing them to this place. The lady brought all my stuffs outside and THROW them on the ground like trash. Then she glanced at me and walk inside. Have no idea about it! I am working at a place where customer service is a must. The store is so well organized, the staff is super helpful and friendly & we love that the clothes and toys are always in such great condition. Bright vibrant colors not washed out, faded or dirty.
