With my return the associate gave me my receipt & a $5 "use now or later" coupon... I used it!! Women's clothes are certainly not how they used to be. The big names are gone, and the quality doesn't seem so great anymore. But for casual clothes (women) it's ok. Men's department is WAAAAY better!!!! Shoes are still good, but I didn't find what I need. Found a few stocking stuffers & needed new towels for the bathrooms. WHAT DO MY EYES SEE... YES, a SALE!! Not the very best quality, but really nice towels on sale for $4.99 each. I only needed 4 so for $20 they came home with me!! Nice to see young associates there- plenty of them, all very friendly & working hard!! Refreshing!! The cashier was fantastic! Wish I remembered her name. We had a great chat & she sent me on my way with a smile on my face! Total this visit was $36!! Woot!! Well done Kohl's- you have me back!!

Walk in & it seems like there are no customers. Odd, they are inside, absolutely. This specific store could have used some straightening up, but overall clean & organized. SO QUIET- like, literally I could hear my own thoughts. I passed a kind associate helping an older man find a book & had a pretty good conversation about if his 18 yr old son would enjoy a specific book- she engaged & it was refreshing to overhear. I found a great card- they have a LARGE selection, paper to match, fun matching candles & even an extra gift I wasn't expecting to buy. Target definitely has a great team of buyers. They think about what matches what, instead of Walmart that buys nice things but hard to put a whole package together- if that makes sense. Always a fun seasonal section too! For a card, 2 candles, wrapping paper & a cute extra gift- $42.00. I guess I am re-hooked?!

Looks more like a Target, but again- still that chaotic Walmart energy; screaming children (they can't help being hungry or tired...), disrespectful customers & rude patrons who simply have no respect or understand how to help keep the store clean do still exist. Unfortunate. I normally shop before 9:30 am on the weekends- a much more pleasant atmosphere. By the time I am leaving the weekend crowd is coming in. I do have to say check out is WAY WAY better & employees now actually speak & smile- how wonderful!!!! Shout out for the efforts & even knowing the parking needed work too! I entered the Buford Mall of Georgia location at approximately 8:10 PM. My daughter and I were…read morenever greeted. She had five garments and tried to access the fitting room, but there was a sign that the fitting room was closed. I politely asked an attendant if she could try on the clothing and she stated that she had no control over the fitting room that if nothing fits, she would have to come back and return or exchange. I stated that I really didn't wanna come all the way back just to do that and asked my daughter to hang everything back up. Before I left, I asked a manager again if this was really a thing and she stated that they close the fitting rooms an hour before, they close. They had a store full of people and they didn't care. They just wanted to go home. We headed over to American Eagle where they treated us like gold and we had full access to the fitting room. Happy with our purchases we made our way through the mall to leave. We happen to be passing the garage again and we were approached by the manager of the garage retail store in the middle of the mall making a huge scene making accusations that I had disrespected one of her employees. False accusations. I chose to walk away from the situation by not saying anything and she yelled out in the middle of mall "fuck you you fucking dumbass." Wow!!!!!! I will be following a report with the corporate office and with Mall security first thing Monday morning. This situation was completely uncalled for and completely unprovoked. Do you think that a manager would have the audacity to verbally assault a customer well after that customer had left and just happened to be passing by 45 minutes later!! UNBELIEVABLE!‍
