The worst scum bag human beings you will find. Dropped 9 bags of name brand clothing off this morning (Gap, Roots, Jordan, Nike, etc) - at least 300-400 pieces - all less than 3-5 years old. Great condition. The lady said she would call me this afternoon. That was it. I get a call now that they only want 19 pieces and will offer $30. The best part, I have until 9PM today to pick the rest up or they will 'donate it' - AKA some bullshit scam to basically keep all your clothes for free if you dont make the drive out there. Had they told me that at drop off, I never would have left the clothes there. Rude, obnoxious staff and owner (Joanna - scum of the earth). Do not waste your time, go to Facebook or just donate the clothes to needy people, these scam artists are the filth of the earth. read more

Ive seen these pop up everywhere and I have just never had time to go in and really dig around the two that are closest to me in both areas we live. However, after an appointment in Waterloo we decided to finally stop and see what its all about. We found about 11 leggings, 3 dresses for spring and summer, 4 pairs of jeans, 5 shirts and a couple toys for $135.00 which I was blown away by. These were all from the kids brands like old navy, osh kosher, gap - and very new looking, of course. Last thing my kid needs is new clothes at any given time but this may be my secret hideaway for awhile. Great for mums with a low budget with multiple kids. Also, the service went above and beyond. Everyone had a genuine smile and enthusiasm when you spoke to them and they were super helpful getting us acquainted. read more

All my friends and family have been telling me to come here and buy clothes. I've been here just once and spent a long time inside looking for clothes for my twins. The place is small and can't really fit a stroller, I had to put my baby in a carrier so it's easier to shop. Their aisles with clothes are organized by sizes. Other items such strollers, inflatable things, bouncers, etc are somewhat around the outer part of the store. None of the staff asked if I needed any help but they did say "hi" when we entered. During my visit here, they stayed by the counter, there were 3 of them that day. When I checked out, there was no other customers and one of the staff by the counter was on the phone. It seemed like there was a problem with a customer. The other employee then came up and rung up my items, but asked me to wait. 15mins later they finally cashed me out. Luckily I wasn't in a bad mood so I waited as patiently as I can. The owner (it looks like she's the owner or manager) apologized for the long wait and gave me a card for 20% off on my next purchase. The only thing I don't understand is why they couldn't have checked me out while one of the staff was on the phone. read more

The store needs to sell their items to make a profit, so I went knowing that I wouldn't get much in return. I brought in 15 items, and they ended up taking 4. I got paid a few dollars per item even though they looked new. The workers were specific as to why they did not want the remaining items (looked faded, pilling etc). The store won't take items that don't sell well or they are overstocked with. Make sense. I know it may frustrate customers as they won't know what that is in advance. The workers were friendly and were able to assess the items I brought in within 10 minutes. It was my 1st time visiting the store and it won't be my last. The prices and quality of the items they have in the store were great. I found many toddler T shirts for about $4 which is reasonable. The store was packed with inventory! If customers are looking to make a lot of money from their items (new or used), you would probably get more from selling on Kijiji/Craigslist as you can set your own price. The store is a great place to get rid of quality items you would donate or give away, but don't have the time and patience to sell on your own. Plus, You get paid on the spot. read more

This store let me down pretty badly. I went in with about 30 ish clothes from the brands they love (Justice, Old Navy, Gap, etc.) Unfortunately, with clothes that are bigger than size 7, they are extremely picky and only took 3 items. Hopefully there is another branch store that accepts children clothing rather than toddler and infants. read more

Trying to sell clothing here is a waste of time. I buy fairly good quality brands (gap, llbean, children's place) and take good care of my clothes. I got 24 bucks for 13 items including two pairs of almost new Crocs and a pair of almost new winter boots. Granted, I bought five pieces with the 24 bucks. I brought in two huge bins of all season, so much was practically new and no rhyme nor reason as to why they take/reject what they do. Two hours for maybe a fifty dollar savings is just not worth it. New gap sweatshirts, lands end winter coat that was nearly new were not accepted. Is the store overloaded with what I have? Even though they say they take all season all the time, brand new summer stuff was not accepted. It's just hit or miss. If you can afford to buy quality stuff you are likely getting paid more than the about 50 bucks you might save in two hours of waiting: 24 bucks given back and about 25 bucks saved by buying used stuff while I was there. And most of what was hanging up wasn't as nice as what I was selling. I don't get it. I'd rather they were higher end and were very clear and specific about what they take and why. No wonder these stores are starting to close. read more
