I was on the phone with HP for 2 hours trying to get my computer to start and they were unable to do so. Yes I did, but that's like a tire company charging you more for a Jaguar tire vs a Hyundai tire for the same tire. It's price gouging and now it's blackmail for you to not offer the warranty you have to finish / fix the issue I paid your for unless I delete or change my review.. Shame on you - I hired someone else
