They said we could use the credit at another station that had a car wash. We drove to the next OnCue, NO CAR WASH. I google it, and their website says they don't have car washes. Imagine my surprise. Looking into it further, they have 3rd party car washes at some locations, but THEY DONT GIVE YOU THE STREET ADDRESS TO MAP THEM!!! We drive back to original OnCue, getting a car wash from Charlie's on the way. Asked for a refund. They obliged, but had to wait a bit for the manager to process the refund. shopped there for over a decade, but peeps at this counter have gotten weird. because they add things to your fuel purchase, not much, but it amounts to theft. and yes, we received prompt refund. that is not issue, staff m. johnny pretended it did not know how it happened. it runs the register, enters all info not customer; happened when it put info in prior to fuel sale, that was the bottom item on receipt. Previous review was concerning a smart Alec employee telling me that my complaint about having to come inside was a personal problem. Here is what's happened since corporate reached out. Edit: Contacted by Phillips 66, got an apology and a really nice personable person promised that the area supervisor for that store would address the training on customer relations and service. They also said they were sending out a letter and a gift card. No letter, no card. I have not been back to that store yet so I can't speak to the retraining, but I have my doubts. When I do go back I will edit again. So far up from 1 star to 2, lack of follow thru keeps it low. Employees should be trained and supervised at the store level, without corporate getting involved. In all my years as a manager I never had corporate come to me with a problem I hadn't already taken care of. read more

DRUG TEST YOUR EMPLOYEES! I'm so sick of people coming to work high on marijuana! "Certain individuals" are constantly so high, they can barely speak beyond a whisper, and don't have a sense of what they should be doing, as their job description entails. At the bare minimum when coming to work, at least, if not in their personal life, but minimum at work; don't be high on drugs, speak clearly, and pronounce your words so ALL races in out society can hear AND "understand" what you're saying. Simply articulate and stop being lazy. When buying some tobacco, I noticed a special and asked the girl behind the counter about it, she didn't respond clearly whatsoever, neither did she tell me I had to buy a certain number of these items in order to get the discount (as the fine print was too far away for me to read), again, as to why I asked her, yet without a discernible, understandable response. When I asked about the savings, she didn't say anything that I could make out. I've truly become so tired of these type of workers being on marijuana, even though it's "medical" in our state of Oklahoma; I have become so tired of it, that I don't continue to ask anymore questions, as I know it will ultimately result in getting upset because everyone comes to work high anymore, and nothing good would come of it even if I did. Sickening, the hiring standards for employees has dropped drastically even over the past few years. After checking me out I asked why it didn't discount, she couldn't think/speak clearly at all, whispering, as if her brain didn't function. She clearly had no cognitive ability to discern thinking "oh, maybe I better explain the sale price to him first". Nothing of the sort. (That's the effect of marijuana as clearly visible in her glassy, red eyes, and the smell of her breath). Rather, she just got mad at me for her exceptionally severe lack of communication, and me asking a question. This is exactly what our world has come to; ignorant children behind the counter of a multi million/billion dollar business, and as the face of that business, being high on drugs, argumentative and blatantly disregarding their position as the face of that company. Like 7-Eleven, OnCue has low gas prices, soft drinks, coffee, chips and all the other little goodies a convenient store offers, my little secret obsession is getting a self served chili dog. I really dig all the OnCue's I've been to, and this one is no exception. I was thrilled when they built this one just around the corner from where I live. The employees there are somewhere between professional and overly social. It's good to see that it looks like they get along with each other. I much prefer that rather than a hostile work environment. But sometimes it's like they get a little too social with each other. Don't mind me. I guess I'm just OLD. There's a young man who works there that is really nice. He's awesome! I dress in t-shirts with video game, television, comic, and meme references and he always talks to me about my shirt if I'm wearing one like that. Very friendly and personal. :) I love their frozen yogurt and toppings quite a lot. I wouldn't say $8 is an appropriate price, but I pay it anyway, don't I? It's quite a lot of filling frozen yogurt, but still! They have some pretty nifty shakes as well, and cheap fountain drinks. Their little hotbed area has some decent cheap food for when you're on the go. read more

On Cues always seem cleaner than the majority of convenience stores. The restrooms, the aisles, the checkout. And I love that the restrooms have a light switch so messes can be dealt with. I had several staff members wish me a good morning and on the way out, one asked me if I had found what I needed (probably because I was leaving during the morning rush with empty hands, but maybe just because the staff is friendly). I was hoping to get a beverage, but I wasn't feeling like paying for water and there isn't much option that has no sugar or caffeine, so I responded, "No, but thanks". I appreciated that he took the initiative to inquire further, but I let him know I have a strict diet before heading out. They also have a drive through that puts you back out onto the main street, so that's nice. read more

I really enjoy going here in the morning on the inside, everyone is super nice and friendly but come evening the guy in drive thru sucks, he makes me want not to return to that on cue. He always has an attitude, he halfway listens to the order. He acts like I'm bothering him when I go thru. I have given him too many chances and he still does the same thing.
