The overnight staff is in need of a serious customer service intervention. The last three days, not visits, let that soak in, I have purposely gone to the self checkout lane. Store is quiet. Staff standing there staring me down as I check myself out and not a single peep. On the third day, I would have settled for a "go to hell" from someone. It's sad, clean outfit, great locations. What's happened here is they have gone from hometown corner store to all-in corporate. Even the managers have attitudes. If you're wanting to be QT, might I suggest a field trip. read more

OnCue at Western and Memorial is a great place to stop before jumping on or off the turnpike. They are friendly, provide great service, and have everything you need. After filling my car with gas yesterday, I realized that my car battery had died. The friendly lady behind the counter promptly jumped into action, located some help, and the nicest gentleman manager came out and jump started my car. I couldn't have been more grateful for their help. I'm sure you'll also find the same kind of atmosphere and service next time you stop at the OnCue on Western and Memorial. read more

Wow. OnCue you have it all. Lots of stuff to buy, lots of bays to pump gas, clean bathrooms, and staffed with smiling young people. Nice that you also had a selection of local craft beer to take to our hotel. The world has noticed too, since it was packed at 4pm. See you down the road. read more

Great gas station right off Western and Memorial in the Edmond/North OKC area. I have been coming here for a while and the customer service has always been great. The most impressive thing about this gas station to me is how clean the restrooms are. The gas prices are moderate as compared to the other gas stations around the area, but the location is safe and is always clean. I definitely recommend this place. read more

Service by DEEDEE is terrible. She is rube, talks about everyone, only after she thinks they are out of hearing range. I ask that the hot chocolate machine be refilled. She said someone will fill it. I waited 15 minutes. When to my event. After one hour my wife ask for that hot chocolate, so I returned to find it empty. I ask someone else they filled immediately. And my wife got her hot chocolate. They told me that DEEDEE is pregnant, no excuse, she can ask one the other 4 each co-workers to help. read more

Consistently fresh coffee. Great service, too, and always with smiles. Clean, well lighted venue. Busy location, so be careful as you pull in off Western. Come in this store multiple times a week since it's by the house. Came in today with my husband to buy beer and ice, my husband offered his ID the kid refused to sell bc I did not have my ID as well as Even though I offered to go get it. Then proceeded to tell us fuck you, because we got mad when we had an ID available. I'm sorry we are 36 years old and we had an Id for the beer we were trying to buy. This kid looked barely 18 years old. Just not the best way to do service. read more

7-11 who, what, where? Who needs needs another gas station when you have an Oncue! Love my local Oncue - the coffee selection is above average and if you have to get a quick bite the roller grill isnt a bad option as it is hot, convenient, and pretty tasty. I think one of my favorite things about this Oncue is they do a fabulous job of keeping the concrete nice and clean. It's so refreshing to know that I'm not tracking oil and gas back in to my vehicle after pumping a little gas. I don't often write negative reviews but this place was kind of ridiculous. The employees were if not unresponsive downright rude. Nothing was stocked or prepared that I was attempting to get it. Three different machines that I tried to use for coffee or frozen yogurt needed cleaning or service or attention. I finally just gave up and got something prepackaged. And when I checked out the girl wouldn't look me in the eye I said hello she completely didn't respond the only word she said where do you need a receipt and heavy sighed when it was taking too long. The whole reason I go to on Cue is because of the massive amounts of self serve variety in coffee and frozen yogurt. This was super frustrating and I will be going back. read more

Double check the expiration on any dairy or produce that you buy. I bought 3 items at 2.29 each and only three dollars was refunded to me. I will never buy any dairy products from oncue again. Apart from that, the store is clean and the people are usually friendly read more

LOVE my local On Cue! The gas prices here can't be beat. The only thing that sucks about this location is the traffic entering and exiting the business. Sometimes it's really hard of make it across the lanes during the hours of 8-10 and 330-6! Heavy traffic flow here. I love the drive thru feature that they have here.
