The restaurant features a cosy, rural interior, just on the border between rural and trendy. There are only four tables sitting 4-6 each. The menu is small, too, but contain quite a good choice of different dishes: Burger, Ribs, Soup, Salad, Fish (mussels) We had the XXL Burger, Mussels, a Cesar Salad and a spicy tomato soup - all fresh made and tasting really great. During daytime, there is a small menu of smaller dishes (pancakes, toasts, soups, frikandel, etc.) for the terrace. The price level is not the lowest. Main courses range from 15 to 25 EUR. There were 3 kinds of essentially mashed potatoes with veggies mixed in: 1 with spinach I think, 1 with carrots, and 1 with sauerkraut. Mine came with a delightfully rich gravy and my moms came with some kind of lighter yellow sauce (I think mustard based). We tried these same dishes at other Dutch restaurants during our stay, but nothing beat The Pantry. The service in this quaint and cozy spot was also excellent!
