They sent Amir who was very kind and professional. He showed up on time. He worked quite quickly. He found the problem, bought the parts, and fixed my issue. He had to come back to grout as the tiles needed to dry. He showed up on time the second time and also worked quickly. Luckily the issue was just in the baseboard and Amir explained how the damage happened and made sure to seal everything well.
