We contacted him right away and said he would be by as soon as possible. He finally came to install our neighbors fence, looked at our fence and said it wasn't his fault, that we hadn't had the survey of the lot done before he installed the fence so he wasn't responsible. He would move the fence but he would have to charge us We gave him proof that the lot was surveyed before he installed the fence but refused to admit his fault. So the quality of the work was poor in retrospect and I would not recommend them to anyone ever again. Buyer beware. He talks down other installers but should really look at himself
