I got a new car like 5 months ago and lately, looking at all the grime and dust, I've really been wanting to give it a solid detailing. Unfortunately I've been pretty busy and have not gotten around to it. Then the other day I was driving down Military and I spotted the One Call Detailing truck. I haven't had the best experiences with mobile detailers in the past, but I decided to scan their QR code and give them a shot. We set an appointment for last Thursday. On the day of the appointment, they showed up right on time and did a very nice job with the service. I was happy to see the car looked like a million bucks when I got home. Big plus, they didn't go crazy with any weird fragrances or scented interior cleaners, which some detailers do and honestly, it drives me nuts. I believe the price was $125 for an extra large SUV which is like double the top level car wash I normally get, but that never includes interior detailing, it's just a quick vacuum and wipe down and an exterior wash. So yeah I think $125 is pretty reasonable for a full detail and wash, considering they do it in your driveway and save you the trip and wait. All in all, I gotta give these guys five stars. I highly recommend this service. I called, left a message and they returned my call within 15 minutes. We had it scheduled! The day before they were due to arrive, i got a call that they would have to cancel due to rain and thunderstorms. As a mom with two kids and a minivan...we take trips to the beach, eat in the car between dance and karate, science experiments, i mean, this minivan gets its work in. I also rarely wash it. We all have our 'things' that annoy us, and one of mine is taking my car somewhere and waiting for it to be detailed. I always put it off because I'd rather do anything else. I have used a couple of good mobile detailers, but the problem is they have both been less than reliable. They do a good job, when and if they show up. After a yelp search, I found this place with all great reviews and figured I'd give them a try. It's really easy to schedule because you do everything online. You pick the services you want and select an appointment time. They text you when they are enroute and in our case they were supposed to be at our home at 4pm but called and asked if they could come at 3:30 which was great. A team of 2 arrived, in uniforms, and in a very nicely detailed and well equipped van. That was a great first impression. They worked like a well oiled machine! Every time I thought they were done, they actually went back over spots they weren't satisfied with. (I was satisfied but I guess their professional eyes saw something I didn't!) What I really like was that they told me if I was happy with their work, and I am, that next time I schedule I can put in the notes that I want John and Josh by name. And I certainly will do that. Just had my first detailing done by these guys on my '18 Cadillac Escalade Platinum and wow am I impressed! The vehicle was expertly cleaned inside and out then the exterior was clay barred and sealed (the finish is as smooth as a baby's butt!). Next they cleaned and conditioned the leather and it looks brand new. They didn't leave one single blemish or spot anywhere. I'm so impressed that I'm having them back tomorrow to do the same package on my Jeep. Based upon what I've seen I'll be a regular customer for a long time to come. EDIT: Mark C's response to this review further shows the unprofessionalism at this company. After looking at other "Lower rated" reviews and the responses that they have, this seems like a trend. I hope they can take this as a learning opportunity and not treat other people this way in the future. This is not a "slander" on this company, but merely something they can improve upon. If you wish to do business with people who speak to people like this, that is fine, I just wanted to make sure the public knew about this experience. We had an appointment for our car to be washed at 3:30 PM today, 4:30 came and past and no one showed up and we received no call. We received an email that we missed the appt and owed them $75 for the missed appt. This confused us as we have two adults home and no one came to the house. Unfortanely we had a very bad experience with the chat option on the website when reaching out for more information (I will put screenshots in the photos). It started fine, I realized that I had missed typed in the number so we moved on to other solutions. The solutions were to pay a $75 fee to rebook on top of then paying $75 for the service or upgrade my package and pay $150. They offered to rebook me tomorrow but I 1.) did not feel comfortable booking with them again after being told I'm outside of the service area and was basically an inconvenience by having only a $75 service. 2.) I did not want to pay more, or pay for a fee when I was not the one who missed the appointment. Which I was fine with, I just wouldn't use their service. I asked if it was typical if they do not have someone answer the call that they do not show up for the appointment. They stated that, yes, they do not blindly drive to appointments without confirmation first. That is fine, but I was unable to find that in a policy on the website. I may have missed it. I then suggested in the future that they email the customer if the phone number is obviously incorrect ( they said it was a busy tone every time they called it). The email on file works, as I received notification of the $75 fee. The customer agent then went on a spiel about if you don't answer the phone call from your doctor and don't show up to your appt then you are charged a fee. This had nothing to do with the situation as I was home, and no one came to my house. If we were not home I can see this logic. They offered to pass my feedback along and I let them know I would be leaving a review. from this point things got VERY unprofessional. They called me a keyboard warrior, over sensational, etc. My jaw truly dropped as I was reading everything sent to me. I don't know how a review of my experience would be labeled as untrue... as it is just what happened. regardless you can read the chat and decide if you would like to do business with them. Once again, I did not have my car cleaned by them. This is all just based on the customer service I received. read more

Pedro and Troy showed up on time, introduced themselves, asked me if there were any particular areas that needed extra attention and were super informative about the whole process. They were really cool and shot me a text when it was done. They informed me about their ceramic coating procedure and info and weren't pushy at all. I have 2017 Lexus ES with a leather interior. I had the interior worked on before and not really satisfied in fact the last time I had it done I made them do it again. So I went looking for a company that just specializes in cleaning interior and exterior and came upon One Call Detail. I found them easy to deal with, told them what I wanted which was my entire interior cleaned. So Mark and Kelvin with a K showed up actually a little earlier big plus there explained what they were going to do and proceeded to get to work on my car. I do keep my car clean what Mark and Kelvin with a K did was take it to a different level including my trunk. Great job and I consider the work they did was a definite value and they have me as a regular customer going forward.
