I used to attend this church when I lived in the DFW area…read more It's a Bible church, which means the basic beliefs of the church are based off of what the Bible says. The Sunday morning sermons, small groups, and various Sunday school classes tend to teach directly from the Bible, so if you're not used to that style of teaching, it's a good opportunity to learn a lot. The church is fairly tight-knit, and unfortunately this can cause some people to feel less than welcomed there, as it's easier to say "Hi, how are you?" to someone you know than to someone you don't know. I pray that if you do visit, you will feel welcomed (it's easy for human imperfection to get in the way of a good thing). The youth groups at Faith are active, loving, and helpful. No church is perfect, as they are all filled with humans, just like all other organizations, but I really do like Faith Bible Church. If you're looking for a church in this area, try this one out.
