Tech recommended the most beautiful shade and was very happy with the result! The mani was another story. My nails are natural, and length is uneven. Which I am okay with. I don't do mani's very often but had a wedding. The tech asked if I wanted to keep length on my pinkies (longest length) and I said she cut trim some. Well, she cut down ALL my nails even below the length of the nail bed. Never in my life have my nails been trimmed so short. Like stubs. While a few of the nails were shorter, many of them had length. I didn't realize she had done this until she had finished the first hand, so at that point the damage was done. I didn't want to say anything to offend her at that point, but was upset about the situation. When she finished I told her that my nails were shorter than I wanted and that no other tech had ever cut my nails so short. And was there a reason she that? Her response was that she made her best judgment to cut them that way so they would grow out more evenly. That was not her choice to make. While she spent a lot of time shaping and cleaning my nails, I was very unhappy with the mani service, and don't want anyone else to experience what happened to me.

I informed mine that I ride horses and tend to be pretty sore in my back. She does a fantastic job and I honestly do not have much pain after I ride now. It definitely helped with tension and soreness. I tried their facial last week and it was also really nice. They asked what my goal was for my skin and did a quick massage on my back and neck. Would highly recommend! The facility is very modern and they offer flavored water when you walk in. When it's cold outside, they give you a heated neck micro-bead pillow. The bathrooms are always clean and the beds can also be heated.

They made an unauthorized charge to my card! I purchased a massage for my husband for Father's Day…read more My husband does not speak English so I filled out all the paperwork and went inside. When I picked him up he told me he was asked how his massage was and offered a membership to which he declined. I received a $40 charge on my card one month later. They told me they had booked him for a massage on his way out. He never confirmed or agreed to anything, way to take advantage of people! I had to cancel my card because I didn't want any more charges from them. The manager offered a massage at a discounted price which I declined. I'm not rewarding them making an unauthorized charge by giving them more money. I am also unable to get a refund back on my card since it was cancelled and they are not willing to confirm with my bank that it was indeed an unauthorized charge so we can get our money back. This is stealing !! This isn't how you run a business. People trust you and give you their payment deals to hold an appointment or pay for a service not for you to charge them randomly like this. I was told the owner " probably " wouldn't want to work with my bank. This is sad !!!!

I would have walked out immediately if it weren't for the time contraints that were on me and the fact that I was seeing my husband for the first time in weeks and had NO time to go anywhere else. I was so humiliated...obviously a wax is a sensitive issue anyway, and she just made it 100x worse. It was like she wanted to argue with me and make me feel bad for whatever reason. She keeps my hair looking super healthy and is such a sweetheart. I like getting around 1" give or take cut off for healthy ends. She is very skilled as far as her precision goes and great at guiding with her expertise when it comes to shape and length. She also gives great product recommendations I should mention! She cut my face framing pieces perfectly, and my hair is very even, thick, and healthy looking each time I leave her chair. She preps the hair thoroughly and gets it pin straight to achieve a flawless cut. My hair is 3b texture naturally , but I always blow dry and silk press it a day before my appointment. I personally like how much more even my cuts come out when they are done on fully straightened hair, because then when it is curly again it looks better than when I used to get devacuts and curly hair cuts. Not sure if that's because curly hair has a mind of its own but I take very good care of it so it's not an issue with maintenance, haha. If you have curly hair I recommend trying it! The ambience of this salon is professional , clean, accommodating and spacious. The front desk staff ladies are wonderful and polite they acknowledge all the clients who walk through their doors with kindness. I like that they bring you a drink of water when you arrive if you want one. It is quite a busy and happening salon so I like to visit on early week days before noon. I think $80 is a good price for a perfect haircut and shape up- mind you, pricing varies slightly more or less based on the stylist you select. Spa Bleu also gives rave-worthy facials. I have purchased and re purchased for my mom on many occasions and she says this spot is her favorite because of how relaxing and long the facials here. She says it is her special spa for when she wants to treat herself extra if she is not visiting her normal cosmetologist that month. Her go to treatment is the 1 hour Custom Tulasara Facial 60 Min, neck & decollete, and LED Therapy add on with Paula! Try out Spa Bleu if you are looking for a great haircare and facial spot!
