I saw Tina and she did such a beautiful job! I was really bored of my hair, so I wanted to spice it up. I wasn't sure what I wanted, so I went in for a free consultation. Tina was so attentive to my needs and figured out what would work best with my hair. I gave her a general idea of what I wanted, then trusted her with the details. It was honestly so exciting to collaborate together on my hair, instead of just showing up with a picture! We decided on a stormy purple grey. I returned the next day to get it done, and I am so happy with how it turned out! It was the first time I left a salon GENUINELY loving my hair, and not holding back tears. Had the most horrible experience with Carole TWICE! First, she refused to do the service I asked for and then insulted my hair. I also had an appointment booked for my daughter, and the same thing happened. She insulted her hair, calling it "gummy" when this is a child who takes so much pride in caring for her hair and has the healthiest, shiny, full, long, beautiful hair and gets compliments everywhere she goes. Carole proceeded to say all the things she couldn't do, and each time we compromised, she made something new up. It was clear she just didn't want to put the effort into working and complained about how many foils she would have to use. She has terrible customer service and clearly doesn't have the knowledge to work on different hair types or complete color services that are requested. This was our only opportunity for a back to school color, and she ruined it while being so mean to a young teen. Never go to her!! read more

I have been going to the salon for over a year and a half now. I have had my hair colored and cut and I've been happy. My appointment today I stated the last color was absolutely perfect and I want it to be that way again. HAir is not even remotely close to the same color as it was. It does not look natural like it did in the past. I will not be coming back. I now need to pay to have someone else fix it. I stated that I didn't like the color and I still had to pay for it. I was told not liking it is different than absolutely hating it. I was also informed after stating that I didn't like the color that the color used previously had been discontinued. That would've been nice to know prior to having my hair done. I could have gone somewhere else. I've been red a long time. Now I have blond highlights in dirty brown. I won't complain about the cut. Okay, I'm a guy, so I'm not the best person to tell you how good Chazio's is for a perm or hair coloring, but they're very good for haircuts and styling for men. I moved here a year ago and had to find a stylist; I had an excellent stylist in California, and a bad haircut can take a long time to fix. I settled on Chazio's, and had the good fortune to have Charles, who owns the salon, work on me. He did an excellent job, gave me a great haircut, and is truly a nice guy. I've gone back religiously ever since, every four weeks. Ladies, all I can tell you is that they're always packed with customers, and everyone looks happy, so take that as a recommendation. read more

This place is pricey. My hair turned out ok but if they would of let me know that they couldn't achieve the blonde I wanted, I wouldn't never done it. I showed several pics saying they can do that and I did an ombre on short hair and it cost $260-265ish. The color was ok but not what I wanted. read more

I have gone here a lot, and it all depends on who you get to do your hair. I've heard Nina is good. I've had a few other people though who don't know what the heck they're doing. I wanted bangs and one girl once cut them wayyy too short... I was so mad. I also went to one woman for a relaxer. I've gotten many relaxers in my life so I knew how they should be done for best results on my hair. This woman was supposedly experienced in relaxers too, and yet she totally messed it up. She did not PRESS the hair with the comb while the relaxer was setting. Not pull, press. This is how it needs to be done to get the wave out (at least for my stubborn hair). I told her this, and she was just snotty with me and said "I've done tons of relaxers. I know what I'm doing." Never going here again, I now go to Bii near spring hill mall and love it! read more

Not the best experience. I was set up with Dee, the owner's mother. She was friendly and did cut my hair, but that was about it. She asked me what I wanted, but didn't really consult with me or offer any advice or suggestions for my hair type. I also asked about a product that would help set and keep curls in my super straight hair and she told me about a product that may help. Again, no advice on how to use it or helpful tips on how to style my hair, just the name of it and the price. I certainly felt like they did what I asked and answered my questions but nothing more. To be fair this was probably six months to a year ago. I only just now started using Yelp. However, I have not gone back and will not go back to see if its improved. read more

Went in for highlights, just to lighten my hair since it was a medium brown Loreal 5G, and my hair is now gray. Am trying to slowly go gray. The product used is so bad, it fried my hair. Lots of tiny pieces are now broken off all over my head. The color looks really bad too. Janet put too dark (darker than I had when I stepped in the shop, as the root touch up, and too light for the highlights) The whole thing looks just awful, fake, gaudy. I wish I could get my money back. I don't even know what to do to fix it, since my hair is now destroyed. She pulled so hard on it while working on it, I think she broke most of the hair off. This was the worst color I've ever had in my life. I used to go to this salon until my stylist left. I tried going back since I liked the place before. But this time? were they angry I had returned and was this on purpose?? The thought certainly did cross my mind. Especially since they also lost my jacket that day. I feel like I really got the shaft from this place. Ouch. $175 and I didn't even want a hair cut, just a color. That is way too expensive for the terrible products they use. Way worse on my hair than Loreal out of a box from the store. It will take years for all the breakage to grow back. If you are out there listening Chazio's, Please credit me for this blunder. Never been here before. Called to make an appointment asked what the price should be for a full head of highlights and all over color. Said it should be between $125-$150 . But they cant just give an exact quote, but it should be between there. I did not get a hircut , I did not get a deep conditioning treatment, just the color and highlights. My hair is not super long just passed my shoulders. However it is thing and I somewhat have a lot of it. It cost me $215.00 This is my is outrageous. I have never paid this much in my life. They could have warned me that everytime she said that I need to get more color it was going to cost me another $25. Bianca was my stylist and she was great and my hair looks great, I am not knocing her as a person or her talent. On top of the $215 sticker shock I had to tip, and I am usually a good tipper, but no one told me that I could not put a tip on a credit card and that they only except cash or checks for tip. I didnt have my debit card on me to get money out of there atm or a personal check to write her. So I feel horrible that the few dollars I had was her tip after the great work. If you do choose to go here, go to Bianca shes great but dont be surprised if you have a price issue when you leave.... read more

Made my daughter an appointment with Jae for a cut and highlight. My daughter showed her a picture of how her hair looked the last time she got it highlighted from Bianka, a former employee. Bianka did a great job on my daughter's hair. She took the time out to make sure that my daughter was satisfied with her hair and even curled it for her. My daughter felt pampered. However, this time, her hair cut and highlight was not very noticeable. Highlights are supposed to brighten hair. My daughters hair looks dull. Jae explained that in order to notice a difference with highlighted hair, the client needs to have their hair highlighted every 8 weeks. $150.00 every 8 weeks? No thank you! I have mine highlighted every four to six months and always notice a difference. I also explained that none of my daughter's friends noticed a difference and she stated that it is pretty typical of high school students to not notice hair. I then asked why did her hair turn out like the picture last time that she had it highlighted by Bianka. Her reply was that Bianka over processed her hair and that is why she no longer works at Chazio's. Wow? Very unprofessional to speak of a past employee. Owner needs to teach a lesson on professionalism. She then told me that she would put in a few more highlights for an extra $35.00. I refused and said I was not paying. She then talked to her salon manager and told me that I could bring her back in at 1:15 to add a couple more highlights for a one time courtesy. At this point, I have already wasted enough energy and time. Will not be returning to this salon ever again. read more

Went to Chazio's new location off of Square Barn Road the other day. Unfortunately I needed their help to correct a very bad hair cut from a different salon. I am very grateful that I called them! The receptionist was very compassionate and matched me up with one of her stylists by the name of Jenna. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with gourmet cupcakes and coffee and a very big and warm "welcome to our new location'. Jenna took the time to listen to me bitch about my bad haircut and she did an outstanding job correcting my badly cut mop of hair. If you want someone that is awesome and extremely knowledgeable at her profession, go to Jenna!!! You will be so happy you did. She is not just a stylist but an artist when it comes to cutting hair. You can tell that she keeps up with the latest and innovative ways to cut hair and the latest products as well. I am never going to anyone but her! Keep up the great work Jenna!!!! Never going here again!!! I won't embarrass the woman who cut my hair by posting her name, but she was older and had no clue what she was doing!! She needs to go back to beauty school and according to the front desk girl the stylist is newer to the business.. She did the exact opposite of what I wanted, I don't know if she is deaf in one ear but she didn't even listen to what I wanted!! She knew I was extremely unhappy and one would think that the haircut would be free if the customer was extremely dissatisfied but she didn't even offer!! Later that day I went over to Profile Salon & Spa to see if they could fix this mess that Chazios did to my hair and they did!! I absolutely love what Profile did to my hair and she didn't even charge me!! Now that is GOOD customer service!! All the girls at Profile work independently and for her to take the time to fix Chazios employee's mess and not charge me was very heartfelt!! This stylist at Profile used to work at Chazios, and from what I understand the majority of the girls at Profile used to work for Chazios, he lost all the "good" employees and now he only has bad worthless ones!!! The owner should be embarrassed and ashamed of himself!! I will only go to Profile Salon from now on and tell EVERYONE I know to go there as well... read more
