At first I was so happy with my new tattoo. Then it started healing..... three weeks later..... It was still FUCKING healing. Scarred horribly. Had to have it touched up. On the bright side... Becky is cool as hell. So is the apprentice. Fairly sure another artist or two was drunk while tattooing. Fail... won't be returning. read more

Worst tattoo shop EVER! I was a total boot at Fort Leonard Wood for MOS school and decided to get a tattoo here. Worst decision ever. I was so oblivious and uneducated on tattoos, they literally butchered me and several other friends of mine. Horrible customer service. Quoted me a price and time to come back. I did and waited another 2 hours after just for them to rudely tell me my tattoo wasn't happening that day. They could have told me that 2 hours earlier. Huge waste of my time. Don't bother with this place. read more

I brought in a picture of a tattoo that I wanted exactly because it has a special meaning to me. Becky was fricken sweet and she did an amazing job and I love it. I had an appointment at Blood Brothers and they screwed it up and they had to cancel it while I was sitting there because someone didn't pay attention to their schedule. Super disappointed.. then I called Blue Monkey and they got me in right away... and they also mentioned it was the second time this week someone had come to them because Blood Brothers had screwed up their appointment. I'm happy it worked out the way it did. Another one of my friends went to Blue Monkey and their tattoo looks awesome. Would definitely go back! Idk what the other reviewer is talking about because the healing part is your responsibility.. moisturize and wash and moisturize and wash and you'll be good to go. Also, Blue Monkey doesn't make you get cash like Blood Brothers does, they accept credit cards, which is super convenient. read more

The WORST customer service I ever experienced in my life. After waiting hours to talk to a artist I told the artist I wanted water waves done simple water waves. Then i was told the tattoo was to hard for him to do then I was rudely told to get out with unnecessary yelling. I would not I REPEAT WOULD NOT refer anymore to this tattoo shop. read more

She got back to me in a timely manner when trying to figure out what I wanted, and with scheduling. I called them to schedule an appointment 2 days ago for today and they said I wouldn't need it just walk in and so I did, but then today they tell me they can't do it today and I am leaving town tomorrow. When I brought up the conversation I had on the phone with them the artist actually got perturbed and said "well if Ron was here he could do it but I have this one that is going to take a few hours so I might be able to do yours when I'm done" but by this point their word means nothing. read more

My friend brought me here after her great experiences, and I gotta say I liked it. The shop was large, and comfortable. The artists were relaxed and listened well. I came in with a group of pictures, not 100% on what I wanted, but Freddy read me like a book, and drew something awesome for me. It was exactly the thing I had been missing at other shops. While my tat hurt more than others in the past, it was well worth the pain. And it was a great price for what I got. Thanks guys! read more

Went in, and nobody said a word to us.. And nobody was tattooing.. Looked at some work and didn't care for it at all. Looked bad. Smoking in the shop and cussing and loud. Priced high went down the road to skin city. read more

First off I could tell me coming in at 6:30 pm really aggravated them from being a me to sit in the corner and with tv on there 12" tube screen. I had black and grey work to finish a lined piece I had for. Couple years. I have only been tattooing for 4 years ON. MY OWN..... And I can tattoo better then this guy. He doesn't even have an updated portfolio ... His book is 6 pages from when he tatted in the early 90's . Some artists get to a certain point and never get any better. This artist was one of hose artists. Will never go back, and will continue to tattoo from my house and make better tattoos, in a more sterile clean environment, and for more money, cause I'm sorry but the quality of work that wAs performed on me was worth about $50. Not 200. Fricken washout artist that needs to just out his machines down for good. read more
