They let you try the liquids before you buy (which was a first for me because nowhere else that I've been offers that. $1 isn't much to ask to avoid smoking something that tastes like robitussin). They have a space on their wall where they have signed packs of cigs from people that traded them in. There was another staff member there who offered many tips and recommendations.
