Two workers were on site for roughly two hours--four total labor hours--which breaks down to over $218 per hour per worker. That rate is completely unreasonable and far outside what most homeowners would ever expect for basic labor. When I calmly asked for a simple explanation of how this price was justified, my question was ignored rather than answered. Instead of transparency, I was met with avoidance. At payment, they then added a 3% credit card fee that was never disclosed beforehand, which only reinforced the feeling of being taken advantage of. This experience left me feeling misled and overcharged, with no accountability or respect for the customer. A reputable company explains its pricing, discloses fees upfront, and doesn't dodge reasonable questions. This one did none of that. I strongly recommend homeowners look elsewhere. There are far better, more honest contractors who won't leave you questioning whether you were ripped off.
