They also offer TimeWarp service for extra fast rush deliveries, and they have vans if you're delivering something far from Center City. They're also pretty cheap. $5.50 for standard delivery.

And that's my fault for believing her because wouldn't you know it my package went missing. Not only terrible customer service but awful professionalism. Liberty parcel is right up the street. His prices are extremely fair for having keys made ( way cheaper than Rittenhouse Hardware or the shoe shop on 15th and spruce). Once he made me keys for one of my properties and told me, "I don't have the exact key for this, I'm going to try it on this key and if it doesn't work you bring it back, I'm not going to charge you for it either just incase" While you are waiting for your keys to be made, or mail, or a fax check the ledge above the cashier you will see all sorts of great antiques like toasters and radios. This shop isn't anywhere near where I live, it is close to The Expressive Hand, so I specifically wait to have keys made here, because he does such a good job. I've had keys made all over the city, it really does matter how skilled the person is! Especially if you have old doors! The hours aren't the greatest, he is rarely open past five, but he is open on saturday!

After completing the FedEx form, and handing it to the proprietress, I told her I wanted the package sent "FedEx Ground." Well, when I learned from my bank that the FedEx charge was close to $200, I learned further that it was sent "Standard Overnight." I went back to "The Mail Room" and learned that despite what I'd asked, I should have taken some action, other than telling her of my wishes. Of course, I'm wrong and she's right. Be very, very careful and get your service specifications in writing if you use this place.
