Micro Tech is definitely one of the better staffing agencies out there. I found them by applying to…read moreone of their jobs online and I was contacted by a recruiter within a day after posting my resume. What I really like about this particular company is my recruiter did not ask me to come down to the office, take a bunch of placement tests, or have an interview with them and go through all that bologna before even having an assignment. Having my resume to look at was good enough for them. From past experience, many temp agencies make you meet them in person and fill out paper work and then you may never hear from them again. Micro Tech doesn't do it that way and that's great because they won't be wasting your time if you don't get an assignment from them. I didn't have to come down to their office and fill out the paper work until I got my first assignment when I was chosen by their client company after the first interview they sent me too. Everything went well with the job. I worked at the client company and pretty much was on my own. I don't need to call them for anything and they didn't call me either which meant I was doing well. I think this temp agency lets the client company handle all work issues with you like you are their employee and Micro Tech doesn't get in the way like other temp agencies can. I also heard this temp agency is one of the better ones to go to if you want temp to perm as there are many others with temporary only like Manpower or Randstad which many people don't want. Lastly I'd like to say I was treated with respect when I told this temp agency I was leaving the job to pursue other options. They told me they appreciated me giving them the notice that I was leaving (as a lot of people don't) and they would welcome me back anytime.

This went on for years. Within 3 months of hiring these folks, I was approved. Holly was especially helpful and kept in contact with me. Many days I'm unable to talk on the phone. They were especially helpful in allowing text message correspondence. This was my 2nd time hiring an attorney and my third time applying, appealing for disability. They worked some magic. I am grateful and now have some peace of mind and stability. They were perfect for my case. I recommend them for anyone whos getting the run around because it stopped IMMEDIATELY upon hiring them. Due to my being denied so long over and over the payoff they received was not a whole lot yet they were willing to help me. These are good people, it's obviously not just about money for them. Our system for approval is very much broken. They know all the tricks and techniques to make an approval happen, and it was extremely timely relative to how long I had been waiting for the snail's pace of the disability department.

A meeting w/ him was set up for the following week. Our meeting fell on a holiday, but he was still able to accommodate my needs by meeting me in his office! That meeting and going forward are all FREE!
