Last year I purchased a mystery bag here & was really happy with it. Picking it out and opening it was really fun! I'm only in town once a year, and I was actively looking forward to my next mystery package. I splurge on the $100, and it's embarrassingly awful. I received a tacky scoobie doo bong. The design was even faded, and as you can see in the photo, as sticker is stuck on it! It also contained this gag gift that is useless. Coffee and flower taste bad together. This is a waste of space. There was a random floatie toy that had nothing to do with flower. It had a $7 price tag still on it. I feel like everything in this bag wasn't even the equivalent of $100. I wasted my money and am really disappointed. I loved coming here when I'm in town, but they just burned me. I wish I could get my money back or at least a partial refund. There's not a single thing in this bag that's useable. read more

Have been a regular customer here and come about every two weeks, I recently bought a terp slurp from here and after taking 2 dabs the thing completly fell apart without being dropped or anything literally just holding it , I have bought 2 other turp slumps before this and they also broke the same way. So today after buying it yestarday I went in and asked if I could get a refund or atleast a new product after explaining what had happened, the guy didn't really even seem to care or be very helpful all he said was there's nothing I can do and just kinda waited till we walked away and left. I had been told in the past that if something Is defective or breaks from no fault of my own that they would make ot right, they did not make it right and im tired of wasting my money and dealing with poor customer service. The guy working there was helpful. But the oil rig selection was awful...and very over priced!! I wouldn't buy your glass here unless you're just in dying need. Try another shop or order online. I paid $209 for a small oil rig. Similar ones online for $107...I was just in dyer need. Won't go back. read more

I love this place, super unique set up. Parking is kinda a pain but where isn't on Laurel and College . But, it's a super cool neat spot. The customer service is awesome, I knew nothing about Kratom but the chick there totally helped me out, all I mentioned was I had severe anxiety to my friend and she was very helpful and respectful about it. educated me about kratom, now I can't get enough! After going here multiple times, I will not go again. I recently purchased a piece there for 33$, and after taking it out of the bubble wrap, I quickly realized there was a hairline crack that stretched down the whole chamber. After explaining to the store, I merely just changed to exchange it or get a discount for a new one, they told me there was nothing they could do. It's understandable, but I was hoping for some quality customer service, but I didn't get it. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same. read more

I finally stopped buying kratom from this location because of the awful customer service -- specifically the way the younger guy with the"chin hair "? has consistently treated me. I bought several hundred dollars worth of kratom each time I went there. Unfortunately I had to purchase kratom there as they have a better selection than most of the head shops nearby. The young mans attitude could not have been more disrespectful and smug. While ringing up my $100s purchase He would not make eye contact, he would purposely turn his back to me as the credit card transaction processed, then practically throw the kratom at me while not having the basic customer service to thank me for my purchase. And all while he's casually smoking pot while doing his job. Don't get how he's still employed there. The Loveland location customer service is a little better so i drive the extra distance. read more

My fiancé and I used to be regulars at this store even though prices were a bit too high but we like to support local businesses. After recent events it's become clear that they don't care about their clients satisfaction or well being. We are heavy kratom users and we typically buy at least 2 bags of kratom a week, so roughly $150. We bought Club 13 kratom at One Love and we both immediately became seriously ill after only a small dose. When I took it back to One Love we were told that they had had issues with this brand (salmonella and e-coli outbreaks) and that they were only selling new batches that had been tested which is all fine and great except our bag was dated from 2017. So they could have easily been selling product with salmonella or e-coli as they were clearly not paying attention and unfortunately we did become sick due to their carelessness. I brought this to their attention and they still refused to exchange or refund the product. I was told that the owner would call me to resolve the problem and over a week later I still have not heard from them. One Love is a greedy, money grubbing company that clearly doesn't have any qualms about selling products that are not only bad quality but also flat out dangerous. We will never return. read more

I come in here on a regular basis, and have had issues with them not being open, not carrying consistent product or having consistent prices. Today was the last straw when I went around 8:30pm when they are usually open until 9 or 10 on sunday nights, and there were three people I've never seen working there before out front smoking cigarettes saying that they were closed and to come back at 10:45 the next morning...thanks man. read more

Absolutely one of the best smoke shops in town if your looking for small pieces or smoking novelty items. Their prices are incredibly fair (if you know what you're looking for), their variety is huge, and their service is incredible. I have been happy with every employee I have met there. The only complaint is some pieces are unfortunately made so make sure you know a good pipe from a bad one. I would also not suggest their bongs. read more

I have been in here many times and each time the service gets progressively worse. I love the size and selection of their glass but the service absolutely ruins it for me. Today I went in with a friend, and the guy with the weirdly long chin patch was working. The first time I came in this guy was really cool and sold me a pipe and acted like he had an actual interest in what he did. Today, it's like he didn't remember me at all, fair, but he treated my friend and I like trash. We told him we were just looking and that's when he asked for our IDs, not when we first came in but after he assumed we were loitering or something. Then he followed us around without saying a word on what the store had to offer. He had been smoking weed in the store and acted like we were just a nuisance distracted him from getting as possibly high as he could. That's not customer service. Then I asked to look at something and laid my fingers as ever so lightly(I'm always courteous and careful) on the CORNER of the case(not the glass), and without a beat he rudely asked me to get my hands off the glass. That's usually fair but the way he did it, I mean we all smoke, we are all friends, and he acted like I had just touched the Mona Lisa and I had smeared paint on it. Come on man, I am disappointed. Today was the final straw after I gave them too many chances, if you like selection, this place is big, but if you care about service, this place doesn't care about you as a customer. I will not be returning after today, severely disappointed in One Love. read more
