And he gave me a sweet discount for sticking through the mishap previously. But it doesn't end there. Not even 4 days after that, I lost my vape in Alpharetta. So I texted the shops number and went through different rig options that fit my needs so had an idea of what I needed before I got there. Y'all. He nailed it. I got a fantastic new setup and he walked me through everything: coil change, modes etc... this new Drag rocks! And again today, swung by the shop after sending a text, 2 days ago mine you, letting him know that I needed 3 boxes of the berg. Showed up and everything was packaged and ready to go! The customer service here is top-notch. If you're looking for a place to go ask questions and don't want to be sold the most expensive item, this is it. TLDR: don't sleep on this place. After waiting for the staff's failed attempts to repair the unit, I was advised that it had to be sent to China. China! Ever had the pleasure of dealing with customer service in another hemisphere? I'm working toward becoming a nonsmoker and now I am expected to go without it for likely months. I viewed this purchase as an investment and despite the claims of Vape 911, this warranty is as valuable as most other products from China. Don't get lured in to this place!
