I can tell you some stories about my adventures with learning how to vape. I cut my teeth on Dave and Belinda's Vapor Shop. It's nestled in a little corner shopping center, where GoodWill and Ole Town are located on Cobb Parkway. I'm not an easy customer. I've accepted that long ago. And I cry when I get frustrated. Just keep that in mind. My neighbor told me about Dixie's Vapor Shop when she quit smoking. She had a long, thick pen looking thing in her hand. It had what looked like a small cylinder container on top with a rounded, clear tip. She told me it was called an e-cig. I've heard of those. I've even bought several of them from a few gas stations and other places. They never looked anything like hers. What she had looked cool. She pushed a button in the middle of the e-cig while inhaling from the tip. She blew a cloudy, misty substance out. It looked like smoke, but smelled amazing. So off I went to Dixie's, where I met the aforementioned Dave and Belinda, a husband and wife team with super amazing customer services skills. Come to think of it, all the employees there are completely awesome. So, one fine day, I gather up everything I bought and took it back to them. I came in crying, so frustrated because I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. And I knew it was me. (I'd already been in their store several times and it was something I was doing wrong, lol). They knew it too, but never pointed that out. Dave told me there was no crying in vaping, and told me what to do to make it work for me. "Everyone is different" Dave told me, "You just gotta find the way that works for you. And we'll help you find that way." And he did. I haven't smoked since September 9th. I'll never smoke again. I vape like crazy, and I feel better than ever. I'm also confident that every time I mess something up, Dixie's Vapor Shop will help me fix it. If you don't want to go down there, just call them. They will answer all your questions. If you decide to visit the shop, you'll be able to sample all the flavors they have. And they have several. My personal favorite are Very berry Xplosion and Blue Raspberry, mixed with a drop of Menthol. They have different nicotine levels in the liquid, too, so you can choose how much you get. I have been shopping at this store ever since they have opened. The staff has always been extremely helpful with their recommendations, and don't just show you what costs the most. I have been pleased with the equipment I have purchased thus far, and even had a no hassle return. Horrible customer service. Bad attitude from the younger dark-headed male. He said he had managed the store in Canton and I find it hard to believe he has any customer service experience. I asked for recommended juice flavors and he could only give 4 choices. He then helped another customer without asking me to wait or saying he'd be right back with me. Two girls were hanging out and one was in and out from behind the counter as if she worked there but did not. He also sold me a tank expander that doesn't even fit. Keep in mind we spent close to $200. Being a small business owner myself, I would want to know if this happened in my store. read more

Well typically I love Dixie's vapor shop. Usually the best customer service of any vape shop. In the past I have had problems with getting a bad bottle or 2 of a batch of juice that they carry I really like. And one of the guys there is always great about talking to Dave and getting it fixed even went the extra mile to switch my bottles out for me. But when you spend $45 plus dollars on juice you want it to taste like what your buying. Needless to say it happened again and didn't receive the same treatment this time. The prices are alright, but the customer service kind of sucks. It's an awkward atmosphere, and there are a lot better stores in the area.

The store was pretty cool, but they probably should of had more employees on staff. It was more difficult than it should have been to get service. They had a good selection of liquid and merchandise, but i probably wont return because I was in there much longer than i should have been because of the staffing issues. read more

The reviews and ratings are NOT a lie. This place is great! This by far, is my favorite vape shop. Yelp has done me wonders. I chose to come here do to the high ratings and reviews compared to the other shops in the area and I am not disappointed. I know enough about "vaping" to know when I'm getting ripped off, but then again, not enough to know exactly what I'm doing. The shop was nothing but friendly and helpful. I told them a little about how much I smoke and what I was looking for, and how much I knew about vapes. And they helped me pick the perfect vape for my level. And also helped me choose the perfect flavors. (I'm very picky. Very patient people. I tested about 50 kinda before finding the one I liked) There are so many flavors but they help you choose the ones you'll probably like the most! The part I loved most about my experience was when I finally chose which vape to buy, I was still kinda "iffy" about the product. I was scared the gentleman helping was just trying to sell me 'something.' But another coworker who had just arrived oversaw what I was buying and she told me that I chose a great product and that made me feel so much better. I do think I went a little overboard buying an atomizer that I have to build... Too advance for me. But a "regular" customer of Dixie's happen to stop by and show me exactly how to build it! I walked out with a vape ready to use and I was extremely satisfied! After a while, my coil did go out and I did have to attempt to build it myself. But I did it! All thanks to this shop, I've gained a lot of knowledge on "vaping." read more

I've yet to purchase any hardware here, but their prices appear to be good. But I love this place for their great variety of juice. Its always fun coming in to try new flavors. Their customer is top notch. read more

I'm so happy I went to there today. I left the shop with a new tank and 2 bottles of juice. People they know what they are talking about and they take the time to teach you. Great staff. Very informative. A lot of juices to choose from and no matter how long it takes you they will stay with you as you try out every one you want! Lol. Best Vape Shop, bar none. Friendly knowledgeable staff that never makes you feel like you've asked a stupid question. Huge selection of juice flavors, mods, accessories, everything you need. As someone new to vaping, I made the mistake of overlooking this little gem, thinking they were too small and hometown to be worth visiting. I was wrong, and wish I had started there first. I have been a customer of Dixies for a couple of years now. I unfortunately will not give them any business in the future. We were told if we requested anything even E juice that they would get it in store for us. After about a dozen times we requested we gave up. I would rather shop online then talk to someone who offers empty promises. The treatment of the employees that actually work hard and contributes to the company is over looked even terminated. I have seen employees who ger a second chance when they didn't deserve it and loyal employees just written off. This is not a business I want to support. I am new to town and had no idea where I would find a nice vapor shop, and was so afraid I would have to make the 3 hour drive home to get juice and coils. I found Dixie's and decided to check it out. Within a minute of walking in I was greeted and someone was helping me and offering to try different flavors! Every one I spoke with was so nice and super friendly. They are really knowledgeable too. I was afraid they wouldn't have what I needed since some places vary in equipment. They knew exactly what I needed without me knowing the lingo, and had exactly what I needed. Also if you're looking for something new they have a vast variety of cartridges and batteries and juices galore! I love this shop and recommend anyone who wants to quit smoking cigarettes or who currently smokes e cigs. Just stopped in today, and I'm glad I did! Extremely nice people. They say they are a customer service and education based business and they are. I told them I needed to get something to stop smoking, but had no experience with ecigs other than the gas station disposables. After that, I was walked through everything I needed to know with no pressure to get anything (although I did!). I could tell they enjoy what they do, truly believe in it, and really want to help people. It didn't feel anything like the traditional smoke shop I would have gone to. Great selection, very good flavors, and the staff definitely knows what they're talking about. I've been going there since they were in the smaller location and have seen a huge drop in personal customer service in the past few months. The staff, despite being knowledgable makes me feel stupid for asking questions and they are just overall short with me. I am no longer greeted with a smile and the store has lost a lot of its charm for me. They still carry great products, but you can find great products at many other vape shops. read more
