Bob McConnell serves up dependable, friendly, and high quality service. I needed 2 chairs and one area rug cleaned after a whole house painting and with guests coming in a few days. Bob responded to my text almost immediately and came over 2 days later. He and his helper did a fantastic job! He also gave me some pointers in caring for my home in this humid Florida weather (as we are from another part of the country). My dog had a few issues in the middle of the night and decided to leave samples all over my kids bedroom carpet. I am new here so I did not know who to call. Started down the Yelp list until I found someone that could come over today. My second call was to McConnell Brothers. They were very nice over the phone and gave me a quick quote for him coming out today. They arrived when they said they would and he presented me with his card, shook my hand and introduced himself. He saw the room and told me what he would have to do and clear instructions for me on what to do if this was to happen again with my dog. It took him and his dad 15 min to clean the room. It's great! All finished before my kids get back from school. I would recommend them to anyone and would obviously use them myself again. read more

I had my carpets cleaned (by a different company) yesterday (which they upcharged me for pretreatment per room!!!). Today my dog had an upset stomach and soiled the carpet in one of the rooms. I tried calling several local carpet companies which none answered their phones... except for Bob. Bob was authentic and sympathetic. I couldn't have been more happy and satisfied with my entire experience from start to finish - communication, customer service, punctuality, upholstery knowledge/advice and genuine care for what they do was phenomenal. I felt 100% confident that I was getting exactly what I was looking for and they executed just so. I had a wool rug and velvet couch deep cleaned and turns out there was rot & mold growing on my rug from where my Christmas tree had been located the month prior. My husband and I upgraded to a King size bed and decided to give our old mattress to a couple in need. We only had the mattress for 2 years so it was still in good condition, however around the same time of purchase we also got a puppy who made her mark more than once on it. I used some DIY tricks to hand clean it but I didn't feel right giving it away before it was professionally cleaned. A good friend recommend this company and I'm glad she did!! They were polite, accommodating and efficient. When they arrived they didn't waste any time. I was quickly but thoroughly informed of their process and of the products they were going to use. The actual job itself did not take long (only a few mins) but you could see the results almost immediately; goodbye yellow stains! I was very pleased with their work and their professionalism.
