The $163 included 1 hour of driving, gratuity, taxes/fees, & fuel surcharge. After the ride, my fiancé was charged $179; I thought this was a mistake and gave them 2 days before I reached out. By that time, the charge had went through as $179 and the $163 charge was pending. At first, I thought this was a small enough amount to forget about it but at least wanted a receipt for the charges. After following up multiple times, they refunded me the difference but couldn't tell me why I was charged incorrectly. If you book with them, make sure to ask for a receipt afterwards to avoid random upcharges - it seems like they will do it if you don't say anything.

I even asked the guy if the limousine had glasses inside his response was "absolutely". What we ended up getting was an dirty SUV, without glasses or anything. We paid $128 for this crap! He started yelling at me and said he didn't have time to wait. I wasn't out there at the scheduled time, therefore I was marked as a no show. I explained to him that I'd called and left a message explaining what was going on with the suitcases and that he didn't even call me back before marking me as a no show, and he began to get irate, YELLING AT ME, telling me that he didn't have to call me back since he was a driver. This left me stranded and scrambling for a last minute ride. I then had to pay additional money for a ride. I paid money to this company believing that they would deliver a service and they disappointed me twice. Awful customer service. I called the front office to let them know the order and to request a refund and they said they would let upper management know and get back to me within 3-4 business days about my refund.
