The ride itself was nice, and the driver picked us up on time but I had a bit of a scammy experience. I booked one ride and was quoted $163 (you have to pay upfront). The $163 included 1 hour of driving, gratuity, taxes/fees, & fuel surcharge. After the ride, my fiancé was charged $179; I thought this was a mistake and gave them 2 days before I reached out. By that time, the charge had went through as $179 and the $163 charge was pending. At first, I thought this was a small enough amount to forget about it but at least wanted a receipt for the charges. After following up multiple times, they refunded me the difference but couldn't tell me why I was charged incorrectly. If you book with them, make sure to ask for a receipt afterwards to avoid random upcharges - it seems like they will do it if you don't say anything. read more

I 100% recommend this limo service for your Vegas needs! We flew in from San Diego and got delayed 3 times, resulting in over 3 hours of delay total. I emailed Bell limousine to check in each time and explained the issue along with expressing how stressed I was since we had booked everything for a specific time and as a surprise for my boyfriend (who had never been in a limo before). They kept reassuring me that our flight was being tracked and I received confirmation texts and emails each time they changed our pick-up time according to the new arrival time stated online by Alaska Airlines. I told them how appreciative I was and called before we were suppose to board just to make sure everything was set for oir arrival. They had the new time of arrival already set, and let me know there was no charge and nothing to worry about. The moment we landed at Harry Reid, we went to grab our luggage and our driver was there waiting! He was such a breath of fresh air and reassured us that it wasnt a problem at all and he is happy we arrived safe. We were rushing from the airport to get to the concert we flew out for at planet hollywood, he let us know he can still take us to the liquor store so that we can make sure we have what we need & still get us to the hotel in time. We went along with the plan, and let me tell you, he SHINED! He got us to the store and we were in and out WITH the free champagne bottle he gave us with two glasses in no time. Very disappointing experience with what appears to be a large transportation company in Las Vegas. I booked round-trip transportation for all three days of Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas for our joint bachelor/bachelorette party almost immediately after last year's festival ended. This was done in May of last year, nearly a full year in advance. When I first submitted my request through their website form, I clearly stated that the transportation was for EDC. I mentioned it multiple times in my inquiry. Based on that information, they provided a quote, which I accepted, and I paid the full amount upfront. Fast forward to this past Saturday when I called with a simple question about the reservation. During that call, I was suddenly told there was an "issue" with my booking. According to the representative, the employee who originally handled the reservation was new and should have applied a 12-hour minimum because the rides were for EDC. The problem is that the company was aware from the very beginning that this reservation was for EDC at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. They quoted the price with that information and confirmed the booking. The reservation remained active for months without anyone reaching out to say there was a problem. If I had not called them myself to ask a routine question, I likely would have never known there was an issue until much closer to the event, potentially leaving my group without transportation for all three days or being pressured to pay a dramatically higher price. For a company that prides itself on organization and logistics, it's honestly embarrassing that something like this could slip through the cracks, especially for a reservation made nearly a year in advance for such a major event. I was told a manager would call me to discuss the situation, but instead I simply received an email stating that I could cancel the reservation if I wished. For a company of this size, that level of customer service is extremely disappointing. Because of how this situation was handled, I will be filing a complaint with the Nevada Transportation Authority and the Better Business Bureau. read more

Overcharged after the fact and can't get anyone to respond. I booked and prepaid for an airport transfer last week. Stretch limo quoted at $90 for 1 hour plus fees. Total was $128.37. Flight arrived, we were carry-on, so no wait for luggage. Dropped at hotel all was good. Next day, I get a follow up email receipt showing an additional $25.19. Now it says $90/hour for one hour and fifteen minutes. However the same receipt documents the total time as 56 minutes (10:49 to 11:45). I called Monday and promptly received a call back. The woman said she was going to look into it and would get right back to me. Four days later, I've left numerous messages and have heard nothing back. Kind of ridiculous when their own documentation shows the duration being less than one hour and they still try and charge me more. But more frustrating it the fact that they are just ducking me. Oh, and good luck getting anyone in accounting, you sit on hold for several minutes and then it goes to a general voicemail that never gets answered. We booked an SUV limo with Bell Limo/Transportation in Las Vegas more than two weeks in advance specifically because we were traveling with young children, car seats, and several large pieces of luggage. The SUV limo was the only vehicle that would safely accommodate our needs. However, just minutes before our scheduled return trip from the airport, the company downgraded our reservation to a much smaller vehicle--without our consent or proper communication. This caused a chaotic and unsafe situation where our driver had to spend 10-15 minutes trying to dangerously "jerry-rig" our luggage into the vehicle. I've attached a photo to show how unsafe and unprofessional this setup was. To make matters worse, we were charged additional fees for the extra time the driver spent dealing with the luggage--a problem entirely caused by the company's last-minute vehicle change. I've made multiple attempts to speak with a manager to resolve this issue, and each time I've been told someone would call me back. That has never happened. This experience was stressful, unsafe, and completely unacceptable--especially when traveling with small children. We had (2) different pickup and drop off schedules on both days. Bell Limo was on schedule, kind and provided excellent charter bus service. They were perfect for our marriage retreat. Although we had 22 people we rented the 31 passenger charter bus for both days for extra space. The bus was clean, on schedule and provided our group great transportation. I spoke with Bell a couple of weeks before the ceremony and booked the Mini Sub-10 per their recommendation. As anyone would expect I was very anxious that day because I didn't know what type of car that was since there was no picture on the website. They let me know when the car was dispatched and that Chris our driver was on the way. He was on time. The car was clean and Chris was nicely dressed. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I called and spoke to someone else. She said I would have to look for alternate transportation, even though I had prepaid for the transfer. By then it was after 12 p.m. Is this anyway to treat a 77 year old senior???? For those of you traveling with another person or more...seek a taxi. Prices are posted. Two people traveling via Bell will pay more than the taxi fare. It's apparent that this organization is a big one, and doesn't feel one person is worth their time. I rented a Limo to surprise my wife on our honeymoon and I couldn't have been happier with the results. Alma was our driver and was very friendly. Limo was spotless, we got champagne, and my wife was very happy. We got a text when we landed letting us know who our driver was and were met by a greeter with my wife's name on a sign at baggage claim. We used Bell Trans to get us from the airport to our hotel. They had a few nice cars to choose from. I own a Cadillac and I'm a sucker for them so of course I chose the XTS! Our Chauffeur was Julie. She's amazing! She really did make us feel welcome and like we had known each other for years! Cost was $112 from airport to strip, plus tip, but that covers up to a full hour if you feel so inclined. Let's be honest, you can find cheaper methods of transportation if needed. Dont take a limo if your budget is more taxi like. If you want to ride in style and comfort here you are. We didn't use the full hour. Closer to half I would say. We had just got off the plane and wanted to get to our hotel. Julie was kind enough to stop at a place so we could grab water and snacks for our room, and then drove us past the new sphere on our way in! Bad management, use uber at least they will contact you back and pick you up, way cheaper and better service. Had a personal driver with this service and called him to book 4 different places. He picked us up and gave us complimentary beers, champagne or whatever which just adds to the experience of las vegas. The next day he took us to the sphere and I asked for a beer and he said the company no longer allows the drivers to have alcohol so we could have a water or soda. This is where it started to go down hill. He picked us up from the show and took us to our hotel. The next day he texted me and said he can no longer pick us up to take us back to the airport and to call Bell. I called them and kept getting sent to voicemail after voice mail. I talked to one person and then they transfered me to another voice mail. It was unpleasant having to worry about how we were going to get back to the airport. No one ever reached out to me about picking us up so I decided to go Uber. I will never use this company again. They do not care about their returning customers. Uber is cheaper and provides the exact same thing as Bell. Bell won't even give you a complimentary drink to add to your experience. I thought paying extra for great service and scheduling a driver weeks in advance would matter but apparently not. I will not use them again after this and you should not either. I had just collected my baggage and went to the window to purchase my shuttle ticket since the guy fell to sleep leaving me hanging and who knew that the shuttle driver was taking off, but he seen me and waited for me. This was so nice of him, otherwise, I would've had to wait another 1/2 hr for the next shuttle or wait for the guy to pull up. ‍ (Lord take the wheel). He gave us a story about having been in the band with a older famous celebrity group back in the day but had to get out because of traveling demands. It made for a great ride as he also told us about the new Sphere Stadium which looks hella cool , and that's being built in Vegas . Thanks to James I arrived to our hotel in perfect timing for breakfast. James deserved every tip given which was why I made sure to tip him as I would have wanted. Give James Tips guys!!! I booked them because the shuttle driver at the Las Vegas Airport in the Economy Lot told me that Bell Limousine had a pretty sick party bus. Then after reading the reviews I thought okay not bad and whenever I leave the airport from work I always saw their transportation shuttles there to pickup people.. So I thought why not, they seem pretty reliable? Little did I know I was completely wrong... Couple days before the wedding I called to verify the shuttle times for pickup and everything (call at night when they aren't as busy in the day if you're trying to get a hold of this company, it's impossible to get a hold of them I the daytime). The representative on the phone gave the all the reservation times back to me and everything seemed to be in order for the wedding October 8, 2021. We got 6 trips with this company: Super Limo (8 pax) for $111.76 4 Shuttles (31 pax) for $133.10 each Limo Party Bus (24 pax) for $310.65 Total with gratuity we chose to add was $954.81 18 minutes before my Super Limo was suppose to pick me up, my fiancé had received the text attached in these photos. He instantly was confused because we weren't landing from a flight. So he called Bell Limousine. When they answered they told my fiancé they were trying to find another limousine and had him on hold for 20-30 minutes. Luckily the shuttle driver from one of the 31 pax bus had called my fiancé earlier and told him he was there at the Vdara early so that driver was relaying messages to my fiancé from Bell Limousine. Everything was basically ruined at this point. All my guests were waiting outside and already boarding the shuttle. My first look with my father was ruined since he was waiting downstairs in the lobby for the shuttle. We were late to my wedding which in turn made me request the photographers and videographers to stay a little longer since we were backed up on time. We had to spend extra money on that. I wrote them an email and they never responded. I gave them a chance to make their mess up right and they didn't. Then at the end of the night when the party bus came it was cool and all. They stocked it with ice so you can make your own mixed drinks. But the bluetooth would not work for crap! It was a crap radio system so for the 2 hours of the rental, half the time we had no music. The driver would try to use his phone but the bluetooth would go in and out, he was using YouTube so we would get ads. This company is such crap... Anyways moral of the story is, if you are looking for something reliable don't pick this crap place. If you have a wedding or need someone you can trust this place will end up really ruining your special day. They never responded to email so the next day I called to complain and all they offered us was a 20% discount on our Super Limo. WTF we don't need your $20 back from your crap service. Also the driver that drove me was the sweetest, but they called him last minute to do my ride to my venue. He said he was almost back to the Bell Limo lot to park his limo. Recently visited Las Vegas, upon arrival our plane was delayed. Bell, transportation and limousine service were notified of the three delays and acknowledged each of my emails. However, the dispatcher made the air of our arrival, our flight and our carrier. Management from Bell would not honor our reservation and stated that we would have to make a new reservation and pay additional. Attempted many times to contact assistance through Bell without success, they would not answer their phone and they kept passing the buck to the dispatcher. We lost 100 dollars for Bell's mistake and went with another. Limousine company we were left stranded at the airport. Temperature was 111. I required Oxygen for chronic medical problem.. Attempting to get the situation fixed we spent over an hour in the heat at the airport and no oxygen. A lesson learned to use a taxi from the airport to your hotel and return way cheaper than the limousine service, pleasant driver, spacious room in the taxi. Do not recommend Bell.
