She was not helpful at all and was bothered by the simplest questions. Very disappointed. They took not responsibility for the damage and after I had been taking my clothes and my husband's clothes there for a year, they said they have not records of me. They didn't care. I brought a Matalesse King bedspread to One Price Dry Cleaners at 3401 Bonita Beach Road. It shrunk. When I returned and asked how they might be able to help me regarding the shrinkage I was told "Common sense would tell you it would shrink" There is nothing we can or will do. Not only am I out the cost of the bedspread I am also out the price of the dry cleaning of the bedspread and the shams. I am very disappointed in the way this was handled. THEY ADVERTISE SCARED OF SHRINKAGE? NO PROBLEM I guess they don't abide by their own advertising. The cost of the dry cleaning was far more then 3.95. More like $45.00 read more

l had three garments cleaned at one price cleaners in Naples. OMG! they weren't cleaned at. They came back looking worse than when I dropped them off. The musty smell was still in the fabric and there was a disgusting smell added which smelled like deodarizer. I talked to the manager to try to get my money back but no dice. So I am out the money and now have to have the garments cleaned again somewhere else. Save yourself a lot of aggrevation and wear and tear on your garments and don't go to this drycleaners in the first place. read more

After picking up the same unpressed, 4 items for the 3rd time, I've concluded my time is much valuable than spend dealing with one price cleaners. Items come back with the "do over" tags stapled on them and no signs they had been cleaned and pressed. They ruined my wedding dress Mocato silk and Chantelle lace beautifully tailored wedding gown was RUINED by these people. Now, 6 days until my wedding, the tailor has to re hem, take up the straps AGAIN, adjust the arm holes and steam out pleats created on the fabric because they somehow managed to stretch out the entire top of my dress and butcher pressing it. I am devistated, distraught and flat out pissed that my picture perfect dress was RUINED by these people in their attempt to do a standard clean and press of my gown. Also, i now have to pay for unnecessary alterations in an attempt to fix what they destroyed. read more

I gave them a Sportcoat and it had a few yellow stains from hanging in the closet in a plastic bag, and not getting the air circulation.The stains were treated with something to remove them and they turned black-grey and larger in size. Amy the clerk was obliging by saying that she could send it back, and let them redo it. However, l know now that they do not have the know-how, and the right solvents to treat different kind of stains. Also, l was foolish to think that for $3.95, my Sport Jacket would come back stain-free, when l know that top professional cleaners would charge $15 to $20. read more

NEVER EVER take your wedding gown to One Price Dry Cleaner. They have false advertising on how they offer expert cleaning for bridal gowns, this is totally untrue. I made the mistake of reading a review from another bride who said they cleaned her dress. Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience with this dry cleaner. After paying them $143.00 for cleaning my daughter's beautiful silk and lace wedding gown that just needed cleaning on the train of her dress. Since I was out of town my husband picks up her gown a week before her wedding. When I opened the bag to look at bridal gown, I realized the gown was stretched out, some of the silk was puckered and the buttons on the back of her gown that were originally white had a discolored yellowish tinge to them. I was horrified and sick to my stomach. Thanks to the expert tailor we used, they were able to fix and refit the gown to my daughters original size. However, the buttons that were white and originally from my wedding dress were still discolored. It makes me sick to my stomach that this was our ONE and ONLY experience with One Price Cleaners and I will NEVER EVER take any other dry cleaning to them or NEVER recommend them to anyone else. They should be ashamed of the work they do!!! read more
