We received a call asking for feedback which we duly gave, and then we asked for a viewing at another property that fitted our needs perfectly. We were told unless we could provide written documentation from our bank confirming our finance was in place we could not view more properties with them. We had been impresses with the friendliness of the agent at both viewings and were very close to approaching them to sell our property. Needless to say I was not impressed and will not be using there services.
