When we entered the lot, the lady gave us our pass, told us what aisle to go to, and radioed a shuttle driver to meet us at that aisle. The drive over to the airport takes a minute, or maybe two minutes tops. When we returned, the shuttle driver took us right to our car, instead of stopping at an aisle end. As we pulled up to pay, I saw something about a AAA discount, which saved us $1 per day. I'd definitely park here again. This lot is fast, convenient, and staffed by friendly people.

I'm just sad that a lot of the stores are closing which means business is not that great. Anyway, the place is clean and it's not so crowded, there's not a lot of kids loitering or just hanging out- what I mean with this is there are not a lot of kids that seemed to be so young unsupervised or unaccompanied by adults. It's a good place to have your steps in especially when it's too hot or too cold, I observed several people going around fast walking.

That posting still reads this way as of this writing. This seemed instinctively odd by today's standards for normal retail closing, but we decided to give it a try. We were looking for a place to walk our grandson around and perhaps pick up a treat or two while we were out for the evening. There were still a significant number of cars in the parking lot when we pulled in around 7:40 PM, so we thought perhaps we had stumbled on something. We walked in and immediately had the sense things were winding down and that the posting was probably inaccurate. Having had only a couple of seconds to begin adjusting to reality, we were "greeted" by a sour-faced employee at the information desk who curtly informed us that "this mall closes in 15 minutes". The look on her face and the intonation of her message were effectively "why are you walking in here". I informed her that we were misled by a mistaken posting of hours. She said nothing but again, the look on her face was "That's unfortunate, but just turn around and get out." It must have made her a bit nervous that we took five minutes to stroll down the hall to see what was there. But that sort of unwelcoming attitude is the memory that will stay with me when I think of this mall. Maybe she was having a bad day or maybe she hates her job. Hard to say, but attitudes displayed in interactions have an effect and reflect on an entire business (or collection of businesses in this case). Based on this short interaction, there is definitely an opportunity for improvement. I don't want to cast negativity on everyone whose livelihood derives from this mall for the unfortunate representation of one person on one day, but reviews are based on experiences. And that sort of experience does not need to occur at any time on any day.

Having to RE-DO a security screening, which negates anything you may have bought in your originating airport that you can bring on a plane that time that now...you can't get through a new TSA check (liquids, my friends)...it boggles the mind and stretches logic. Still, I like it.

He stated my brand of carpet was hard to clean. I have cleaned it many times and gotten it almost perfectly clean. He did vac a little more on the edge by the door and that helped. Then I started to go back out of the lot and noticed the console hadn't been touched so I went back in and another guy cleaned that. All week long I am seeing different things that had not been touched. When I pulled out the floor mat on the driver's side, it had not been cleaned at all. You could see the outline of dirt where the mat was. I will never go back there again.

One Stop Parking claims to have a secured parking lot at the Hilton at 7373 Turfway Road in Florence. It has NO security measures, and has had a number of thefts and other criminal mischief in their lot (15 in the last year-and-a half, per police records, including our car). Broken windows, stolen catalytic converters, keyed cars, hit-and-runs, etc. Those incidents are just in the lot - the hotel has had 100 emergency calls to the police department in a year. Neither One Stop Parking nor the Hilton will take any responsibility for the damage to you or your vehicle. For your safety, do not park here! read more

Wow there are some mixed reviews here. Personally never had any problems with them. I always found my parking spot alright and I never missed my flight (but I do have to account for 30-45 min additional travel time) Pro Tip: Choose your parking location carefully, most of the negative experiences come from the fact that you are parking at a hotel with sub-par customer service. Naturally, don't expect seamless first class treatment, its just parking and the prices are as cheap as they get. read more

I had to cut short my trip, coming home two weeks early. Well, One-Stop's policy is not to give partial refunds. Now what kind of a rip-off is this? I recommend that people not use them and find other local parking accommodations near airports. Corporations have no ethics any more. They just push people around and say their immoral behavior is justified because it's legal (part of their policy, conveniently hidden in the FAQ on their website). read more

Plus, convenient exit stairs place you at Freedom Way and Walnut, which is within walking distance of all things in the waterfront section of downtown. This is the garage I tell people to park in who have never been to OTR. It's easy to find and it's by everything so you can say it's by xxx and it can be easily found.

I find myself in OTR a lot, so this being near to most of the places I go and easy to get to off Vine and 12th makes this my parking lot of choice - the $5 cap on daytime parking and $2 nighttime cap certainly help too. GQP has a lot of safety features too, that I think are nice but possibly a bit excessive. It's impossible to get into unless you are parking your car or have your parking ticket with you to open the door (DO NOT FORGET TO TAKE YOUR PARKING TICKET!) The entrances have gates over them that open only for cars, and the doors require you to swipe your ticket in order to unlock them and get in. GQP, as it is now, is probably as good as it gets for a parking lot. I hate giving them a 5-star as I don't really get excited about a parking lot, but at the same time I think they deserve it for simply having made a proper parking garage.
