She constantly did unnecessary filing and ripping off my nails instead of letting them soak in the alcohol for easy removal.

The man who was supposed to do my mani pedi didn't say one word to me until he finished my pedi and went to the register to ring me up and gave me the price. I said wait, I wanted a mani too, then I said never mind. The workers all laughed and spoke to each other the entire time I was getting my pedi, yet no one relayed the message to him, yet he was called in for me specifically. All these places are really the same, they tell you 15 minutes and you sit there an hour before they even work on you. You never really know what you're going to get charged until you get up to the register. And if they make any mistakes, they are unwilling to accept any accountability for them.

I booked a last minute massage due to a migraine and not only did she take care of my migraine, but it was so incredibly relaxing. It is very clean. However, the chemical odor is extremely strong. My migraine got very bad, and I became extremely nauseous. This would've been a deal-breaker for me, but I badly needed the service at the time, and couldn't wait. I decided to tough it out. The service was very friendly. I was offered a drink, and saw a cooler with both alcoholic and nonalcoholic options. I had a full set of acrylic nails removed and replaced. The job she did was excellent. My other really big complaint is the tipping system. They automatically add a tip to the charge for the service itself. I saw no signage as to this. I had no option to choose the amount of tip I felt the tech deserved. They add the tip as a percentage, because the tip amount on my receipt was not a round number. Overall, a good experience with two large complaints. You may or may not decide the nail quality and good customer service to be worth the overwhelming odor and the inability to make your own tipping decision.
