I have spent over $10k in glass shops over my life; and can't bring myself to bring them business anymore after seeing how the mighty have fallen... From the poorly painted floors (not stain!), to the mumbling guy behind the counter... all the way to the smell of the place. It's far from a glass gallery. If this is the image they want; then it's going to continue to reflect a negative mention to the glass-buying community. Not everyone wants to shop in a slum to spend good money.
