If anyone has traveled and been to another glass shop, they would quickly notice this place is lacking quality service and products. I have spent over $10k in glass shops over my life; and can't bring myself to bring them business anymore after seeing how the mighty have fallen... From the poorly painted floors (not stain!), to the mumbling guy behind the counter... all the way to the smell of the place. It's far from a glass gallery. If this is the image they want; then it's going to continue to reflect a negative mention to the glass-buying community. Not everyone wants to shop in a slum to spend good money.

We made a list of shops since we had to go to Laffeyette for some boudin. (Smoked boudin that is, from Billy's in case you're wondering) We went to 3 stores that day & only stayed more than 5 minutes in one, and Troposphere was it. Shortly after we got there, while looking through the cases, Tim walked in & We all struck up some great conversation. He did have one other person working & for the life of me, I can't recall his name. Sorry man lol We discussed our group & the state of the vaping community. Tim shared some recent video & reports that we hadn't seen. I think we were there for well over an hour. We purchased a Peerless tank & some large CoilMaster organizers & a couple other items. Next thing we knew, Tim was making us some goodie bags to use in a live feed giveaway! We didn't ask & didn't have intentions of asking for donations , we went in to make purchases. But Tim graciously stepped up & helped out. We have seen Tim pop onto our page & live feeds from time to time. Great guy & Great shop. I'd highly reccomend Troposphere!!

After driving more than a few miles out of my way after reading the Yelp reviews on 337 Vape and…read morethe lack of local vape stores that are still in business in the area man was I disappointed - I walked in to find the attendant engaged in a conversation about "Sikorski" parts with a visitor, maybe he was a customer maybe he wasn't that's besides the point, I was totally ignored after minutes of having to listen to this conversation when it was oblivious I had a question on a specific "vape" product. Finally after tactfully requesting the information I got an abrupt no answer and he resumed his conversation, he didn't offer an alternative product or showed any interest in making a sale. Do I seem frustrated - maybe since I thought I walked into a vape shop not a heliport geez, I bet the owner will be as frustrated with this review as I was with the customer service here, two stars only because it is a beautiful shop and hopefully today was just a snap shot and not the norm...
