Parker is da man! Came to the plaza with my dance team for the wedding venue nearby. Saw the shop and walked in to get a new bong since my old one broke. Asked to see the American glass and the girl working the counter knew wassup...def smokers working here! They got HVY 10 inch bongs for 99, pretty good price for American glass! I saw this store pop up next to Sprouts in HB and went inside to check out what CBD products they had. I was fortunate enough to meet the owner Eli, and had a very nice chat with him about all kinds of things. I've shopped at this smoke shop before to get a gift for a friend. My experience was great and the staff was friendly and attentive so I decided to come back and get something for myself. I'm not so sure I'd come back again. Although the guy was helpful in helping me choose a pipe, I was insulted by an assumption he made and how he said. I picked a pipe that wasn't suited for my needs. I had already used it and am well aware of how unsanitary it would be to return it, so I decided to go back and buy another one. While browsing for another, the guy said quite loudly and in a tone that sounded as if he were talking to an idiot, "Uhhh...AH HAH...you can't return it if you've already used it." He then looks at another guy in the shop with a incredulous look on his face. I've noticed people tend to do this when they're trying to demean someone, they look for an audience to laugh with. What a great way to treat a customer! I wonder if anyone ever told him about the ASS in assumption. He then tried to explain why he made such an assumption. TOO LATE. And it gets better, he has the gall to ask me if I'd come back again. *snort* The pipe I ended up with had air bubbles in it. Eh. I guess you get what you pay for. read more

I've been a loyal customer of a competing smoke shop down the road for some time now. I was online looking at a unique storage container and found out that they were sold at One Stop. "Where the hell is One Stop?" was the first thing to go through my mind. I thought I was familiar with all of the shops in the local area...wrong! I stopped in to One Stop and was cheerfully greeted by the owner. She was EXTREMELY helpful and very willing to spend time with me answering all my questions and educating me on some other products I've been researching. I ended up purchasing the container and was hooked up with some other goodies. I left One Stop and headed down to that other place to return an item that broke. The owner spent 5 minutes trying to explain how I could "do this or that to make it work". I don't want to mess with it...I want it to work as it is supposed to work. I asked him to replace it, but he told me that he only makes $6 on this $20 item and he can't afford to replace it. WRONG ANSWER, especially after leaving such a friendly shop like One Stop. 5 minutes later I was back in One Stop paying a bit more money for a better-built item to replace my broken one, with the confidence that I will never have to go through that same hassle. I was first informed of this place about a year ago, but couldn't for the life of me figure out where it was (although I didn't try very hard). I happened across the reviews again the other day and decided to go for a treasure hunt. I had a rough time finding it, but got there all the same. We headed in and were amazed by the variety and quantity of all of the different merchandise. Whatever you want, they probably have it. We were lucky enough to come in when the owner was there, too, and she was really nice and helpful. She also showed a genuine passion for what she does, and collects pieces of artists and the like. I'm not the richest girl in the city, so I wasn't able to go crazy like I would've wished. This place isn't necessarily cheap, at least in my opinion, but they have great selection and staff which makes up for it. It makes you wanna spend the extra $5. I ended up getting a small, trendy looking water pipe and an awesome bowl thrown in, along with a small one hitter and some screens. Be sure to get the savings card, along with the 20% online coupon! One Stop smoke shop may fool you from the outside in the very back of a small shopping center, however this place contains some awesome glass at a great price. I am forever a true fan of One Stop after my recent vaporizer purchase. I was in search of a good vape, after finding good deals from other locations on the internet, I made an appearance at One Stop to see if they sell vaporizers and also if they could price match the competitors. I spoke with the Manager, she was awesome, friendly and knew her stuff. Not only did she price match, she also threw in some goodies as well. She said she would have the unit by the next day. The following day, she called me and explained that FedEx did not drop off the package and that it was in LA. She then sent someone to drive a large number of miles to pick up the unit for me due to the shipping error. One was almost $900!! Its not your cheapest place but they really have everything. Super friendly workers And they do have 20-30% off deals on some bongs. So here's a couple tips I wish i knew before I left my house to go to One Stop... 1. One Stop is not visible from Beach St... (it's hidden in a shopping plaza with a sports bar) 2. BRING CASH! You're more likely to get a better deal if you pay w/ cash. In terms of my experience here, I loved it! There's an asian girl that works here that's soo nice! I will never go to another smoke shop again. One stop might not be the biggest or nicest shop around, but whatever they may lack in that department they make up for in customer service. I'm somewhat of a regular here, since I live sort of close and sometimes buy cigarettes (among other things). Parker, when he's there, ALWAYS has a smile on his face, and is helpful every single time I'm there. Sure that should be normal in the service industry...you know what's not? I left a pair of Cartier sunglasses on the counter on Wednesday (before Thanksgiving), and when I went back in on Friday they were waiting for me. Parker helped me on Wednesday, but a different worker gave me my glasses on Friday once I described them. Cartier... $1000 sunglasses...
