I was just in the shop with one of my friends who was looking for a tobacco pipe. We the middle aged man who works their to show us the sections and their prices. After we told him thankyou and that we would let him know, he kept pushing us to buy one after another. We felt uncomfortable so we said we would come back and as we were leaving the guy said, and I quote, "Fuck you!" To us. I made a yelp account specifically to post a bad review and to warn people about this man who has terrible business ethics and no respect for his customers. Their is another smoke shop on the other side names Rasberry Roach who has great customer service and is way better than this shop. I would give this smoke shop 6/5 stars if I could! Their customer service is amazing, they really go above and beyond to ensure that you leave their shop satisfied. The best part is they know what they're talking about and what they're selling to you, so you'll be happy with your purchase. I stopped by looking for a dab rig set along with a torch and a battery charger for my wax pen. I got discount for the rig, banger, AND torch, not to mention that they gave me a cap/nail for free. I came back the day after due to some problems with the torch and battery charger. They refilled my torch and replaced my battery at NO EXTRA COST! Does this place get any better?! NARLY shop!!!!!!!! Under new management. This place has made a major upgrade. Very reasonable prices and the staff will work with you on any price especially on any glass pipes or bongs. Very neat clean and well organized they have one side dedicated to vape and a big narly selection of e Ejuice and on the other side it's all glass. Bongs, oil rigs, pipes nector collectorss and all dab accessories! They have a good variety from cheap 10 dollar pipes to hand made custom blown bongs!! I mean literally they have everything. Haven't walked into a smoke shop in a while but as soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by Carmen behind the counter. She greeted us with a smile and offered help didn't hover over us. She was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Her answers made us confident in our purchase. Store appearance: everything was neat and overall clean. Quality of the product we purchased seems good. Will update once its been used. It's branded with the store name so hoping it will live up to the expectations. Fantastic experience! Was back in town after spending some time abroad looking for some nic-salt liquid (menthol). Both guys were super helpful in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. After I mentioned that I was using a juul, the older gentleman mentioned that I should try alternative cartridges. He even hooked me up with a free cartridge just to try and keep. Ended up buying a pack on the spot. Now that's how you get repeat customers! Definitely coming back! read more
