Their menu is great and they change it up throughout the months. Staff is helpful. Glad they offer a self-checkout lane to keep the flow of service quick and efficient. They also offer free air for tires here. Personal pizza is a great deal and often a go to, as well as BYO subs. They also offer cold packed lunches from Giant Eagle (grocery store) which are great too and they have Krispy Kreme donuts! Food is not just slopped together but usually looks good once it comes out. Good prices and meal deals good. Coffee is great and love that they have real milk and creamers in a refrigerator/cooler to use.

I went to pump the gas and the pump was not activated with my payment. I went back in to the store and was told my gas was on pump 4 and it had already been pumped. They refused to look at my receipt or compensate me saying I told them to put it on pump 4 which was a blatant falsehood. This BP has the friendliest, most helpful staff you will ever find. They are all really great. Also, BP Chagrin is open 24/7/365 (366 in a leap year). If you are making pancakes at 4 AM and realize you are out of milk, they are there for you. If you need batteries or bread on Christmas Day, they are there for you. They also sell diesel, kerosene, propane tanks, and ice. They are also active in the community. They are always allowing local groups to use there space and water for fundraising car washes etc. Thank you Chagrin BP, for always being there.

Unique wines. Fine wines. A carefully curated collection of bottles from France, Italy, California, Pacific Northwest, Chile, Argentina, Spain, Portugal, South Africa, and more. Don't fret, there is some parking behind the store because it's chaos in the little lot that houses the gas pumps. Glass enclosed cashier area gives you the feel of Cleveland inner-city. Also heard that women get verbally harassed in the late night hours by men who are hanging out on the property. That may sound harsh, but it is not a "bad area". Just an area to be "alert" in. And it is perfectly fine during the day (unless you get hit by a car driving too quickly into the Starbucks across the street). If you are a diehard wine fan, this stop is a MUST Northeast Ohio. For such a small area, I might proclaim it the best overall selection on the West Side (yes, better than Rozi's or Red, Wine & Brew or the various Heinen's or Avon Wine Room). Just because they have a huge selection of extensive serious wines in the $100 - $400 range. Plus they have the selection of the under $10 bottle, plus they have many offerings in the teen range. Worth going in and checking out this eclectic spot!
