One two tree is absolutely the worst tree company!!!! No one answers the phone they only want to communicate through text, They were scheduled to come out to remove several trees but when they came out they only removed one tree and i was told there was some confusion and they would have to reschedule to come back out to remove the other trees . The tree that they did remove had lots of vines that they were supposed to remove but did a half a** job at doing so (which I did not even complain about) I tried to contact the company once again before the tree crew had left only to find once again no one would answer . The employee called his Boss Heath but no answer he then called Brittany (who I just had tried to call and didn't answer) she picked up immediately when the employee called . I had to speak to her using his phone which she confirmed there was some confusion on how many trees need to be taken down and only one was scheduled for that day and we would have to reschedule. Fine! I tried to be understanding and waited for them to reschedule. I Received an email saying they would be here for the tree removal on 8/8/25 between 8-12 pm at 12:37 still a no show I reached out to the company again No answer so I texted Brittany asking for a return call . I also contacted Heath twice and left a message. I received a call back from Heath at 3:13pm who was rude, disrespectful and argumentative on the phone about what had occurred And was in complete denial of everything, He then added Brittany (His wife/owner that I later found out ) to the call who had confirmed everything I had stated that we had discussed and what happened. He the told me that it had been raining for two days and that's why they couldn't come out (which it had not where I live) However,it would have been understandable only if they would have called or something to inform me of the appointment cancellation. It's more about the lack of communication with the company and not answering the phone or call someone back to answer questions I had. Instead he began being rude with me and telling me he's been in the tree business for 10 years and that was common sense . I tried to explain to him that was not my issue, My issue is no being informed that they were going to be a no show and not even give a call for the cancellation and rescheduling after waiting most of the day and no one answering the phone and repeatedly asked in text and voicemails to call me . He continued to be rude and disrespectful and I told him he was very rude and unprofessional and this was not a way to run a business. He continued to be argumentative instead of trying to find a solution like a manager should. At this point I had enough and told them i would not be using their company so not reschedule and not to show up on my property. This is the worst customer service, unreliable, disrespectful company EVER!! DO NOT USE ONE TWO TREE COMPANY!!!! Heath should let his wife Brittany operate his business if this is the way he treats his customers atleast she's not rude and disrespectful . How he's been in business for 9 years is shocking. I could only imagine how he treats his employees with a mouth like that. I would not give this company one red penny !!!! It all makes sense when you look up the company and he has his wife listed as the owner of the tree company and him as an operational manager . Heath and his guys at One Two Tree are excellent! They removed some Bradford pear trees that were overgrown on my driveway area. They cut the trees, removed all debris and gave me an excellent price. They also did some work for my church at NO COST!!! Wow! When do you ever hear of that kind of business these days?! We had some serious tree work that needed to be done due to a horse with a bark chewing issue. Tall Poplars. The trees were in precarious locations near structures, my driveway, and a pond. Heath and his crew made short work of it in a professional manner. They cleaned up every bit of wood chips afterwards. Best tree service I've used by a mile.
