This little local video game shop has so much to offer for what it is. This would usually include PC's they have set up inside as well, but they've been down for a bit. Don't let this distract you however, as this is an amazing place to spend your day with basic snacks and drinks available. The employees are very friendly and helpful, they're always more than happy to help you get anything set up. Definitely a hidden gem, the death of the third place in America is arguably the saddest in recent times.

The store and parking area are always clean and tidy. Since this is a second hand shop, you never really know what you are going to find. Going through their shelves is always an adventure. They have a vast selection to choose from. The new books are on par with most other booksellers but you can find some great deals on well loved editions. They feature rare and signed editions as well as book and genre themed merchandise. They don't just sell books. You can find music, games, cards, and Funko Pops among their many offerings. Definitely take advantage of their rewards program as members get special deals and reward points. Be aware if you plan to make a haul they do not have free bags. You can bring your own or buy one of the multitude of tote bags they offer. The staff here is always so friendly! They are willing to help you with whatever you need. They feature a buyback counter where you can take your used items to trade. They offer a fair value, too. If you are in the area, stop by. If you have no idea what you may want they offer blind dates with a book every now and again or you can grab one of their mystery boxes.

First thing to say about this place .... way to flip one of the major gamestop complaints into a model for how to run your business. Customer service!! These guys engage with you as soon as you come in the door. They are super friendly and offer to help in any way possible. They thank you for coming in and genuinely seem to appreciate the fact that you took time out of your day to shop with them. Well done! The selection is pretty good too! They have stuff dating back for just about any console you can think of. So if you're looking for that N64 gem or want a classic Atari 2600 .... there's a good chance they have it. They also have latest gen stuff, so whether you're retro or new age gaming, these guys can get you hooked up. Called them a couple hours after I noticed, was told to come back in and next day and would be credited. They don't give cash back so would have to be an exchange. I was fine with that. Was about to correct it when the employee that overcharged me said he was told they were 2.99 so they supposedly called the manager and he said they were 2.99. And conveniently isn't available. This isn't listed anywhere in the store and seems to be only word of mouth. Employees have no clue. Apparently severe lack of training. Called a couple people that I know and verified how many they bought and what they paid one said 13 and 1.99 anther said 5 1.99 and I personally bought 3, 3 days before and paid 1.99. I would never pay 2.99 for these dirty old comics. That's practically new prices and none have hardly any value. It's the principal of the thing that gets me. And i will not be returning. Several people I know have been made aware of then rip-off and will be questioning them and not returning. Great job on loosing a customer over 10 bucks. And your ignorance. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau and attorney General. You need to do better and not make excuses and get rid of the lazy employees. Particularly your manager. The few cabinets that did work, were flawed. The selection of games were limited, there were three shooter games, only two worked, majority of the games were clunky cabinets with sticky buttons, or stiff joysticks. The racing cabinets had bad steering wheels, where the slightest movement would throw you off track, or have you not move at all. I would not get the full day tier for ten dollars unless you genuinely believe that you could get more than three hours there. I personally barely got an hours worth of gameplay.
