She was running the store like a champ taking great care of every customer who came in. 5 stars!! Give her a raise. Simultaneously, the other woman with orange hair working there was THE rudest woman I've ever met. She talked trash about me to her colleague about my computer (I was trying to turn it in & see if I could get money for it or at the least recycle it) in front of my face. When I called her out & said I'll just buy my new computer somewhere else she lied to me saying she was "just reporting the condition of my computer". Tried being fake nice to me afterwards. Coward and rude. Abysmal service & attitude on her end. I hope this gets back to her boss because she isn't fit for a job that involves helping people.

The store and parking area are always clean and tidy. Since this is a second hand shop, you never really know what you are going to find. Going through their shelves is always an adventure. They have a vast selection to choose from. The new books are on par with most other booksellers but you can find some great deals on well loved editions. They feature rare and signed editions as well as book and genre themed merchandise. They don't just sell books. You can find music, games, cards, and Funko Pops among their many offerings. Definitely take advantage of their rewards program as members get special deals and reward points. Be aware if you plan to make a haul they do not have free bags. You can bring your own or buy one of the multitude of tote bags they offer. The staff here is always so friendly! They are willing to help you with whatever you need. They feature a buyback counter where you can take your used items to trade. They offer a fair value, too. If you are in the area, stop by. If you have no idea what you may want they offer blind dates with a book every now and again or you can grab one of their mystery boxes.
