This has become my family! First time I've been shown unconditional love. When I started going I felt what did I have to loose. I was Just getting sober, living in homeless shelter, and didn't even fully believe. I was down right hopeless! Well they simply saved my children and my life! The first church I didn't feel judged, worried if I wore my Sunday best, and was loved no matter how dark my past was! read more

I've been a member at this church for a long time though I'm not currently. Such a good mixture of young and older members with lots of children making it the perfect family atmosphere. Pastor Darrel has a heart for the Lord and as a great leader and teacher in Christ. This church won't disappoint! A+++ read more

Carmel for about 5 years, and it continues to gain strength and to grow every year. Everyone there is very loving and personable, which is how a church should be! The service gets me every Sunday. Didi (our preacher) is an awesome guy, and an INCREDIBLE preacher! His sermons always hit home. The worship team always does a great job as well. There are services for all children, babies-6th grade, and also a junior high/high school service. So there is something for everyone at Mt. Carmel!

They are entirely focused on maintaining their own egos, authority, and public appearance rather than the actual well-being of the people in their care. It is a hostile environment that protects image. Not every single person is like this but growing up this is what I experienced from those in charge.
