This place is HORRIBLE - don't make the same mistake i did... if i could give 0 stars, i would:
1) Over the phone and when it was dropped off at 930am, there was agreement that the job would take 3 hours (due to my car having cloth seats) and i could pick it up around 1pm. When i went to pick it up at 230pm, they said it wasn't ready and would not be ready for "at least another hour." This is more than 5 hours after it had been dropped off. Since i had to be in Duluth at 5pm for business, i couldn't wait around to verify if this new promise was also a lie... which it was...
2) When i went to the business Thursday morning at 9am, i found my car outside, looking pretty nice...and the motor running. When i asked why my car was running, they said "oh, probably running the heater to dry the seats, they're still damp." Come to find out, they were still "working" (at this point, this term must be used in the loosest context) on my vehicle. So, in addition to now being nearly 24 hours since my car had been dropped off, they were using MY GAS TO DO THEIR JOB. As i drove away, my back seat was still damp...
3) one last injury - they broke the latch to my gas tank, so now it cannot be opened from the inside down near my seat (where Sentras have two latches - one to pop the trunk and one to pop the outer gas tank cover). i have no idea how one could break such a thing in the process of cleaning a car, but we are talking about a business that needed 24 hours to detail a Sentra...
If you care about your car, or care about the quality of service provided by any business, NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ONE WAY DETAIL...
p.s. - i did raise such a stink that they gave me a 15% "discount," but as i was driving away and realizing that my gas tank was nearly a 1/3 lower than it was when i dropped the car off, it's clear that the gas they used running my car so my heater could "dry the seats" is a hidden cost that makes the "discount" moot. read more
