She gave me $20 discount and scheduled me for the next week. To be honest, I have no idea how she is connected to the company. I didn't see a mention of her on any other reviews. The 2 techs came out and spent about an hour or so on my car. I was surprised, as I had received other quotes where detailing would take a few hours. After they finished, I noticed they missed a spot. Then after inspection, I realized this was the sloppiest car wash I have ever had. Absolutely not worth the $200 charge. Please be careful, I see they have good reviews and that's why I am so confused. I messaged Cindy Clarke, who I was dealing with for scheduling and she said she would pass pictures on to her manager. Spotless clean on the outside with a shine I hadn't seen since I left the dealership, beautifully detailed interior with every surface squeaky clean and perfectly polished, and they even got a stain out of the ceiling from when a coffee had exploded in my lap years ago! (I've tried and failed to get that stain clean so many times I had resigned that it would always be there- almost forgotten it until I looked up and my jaw dropped open!) Hand buffing makes the difference! these guys are meticulous - every edge, nook, and crevice. Paint looks new! Windows so clean I thought they were open! Tires look wet for a week!
