The location is very hidden! You have to call to get an appointment and exact location because they do not post their business name on their store. Their release service stops at 3pm. Office hours continues until 5pm. Service : is decent. Paper works are fast. They are not happy people. The vibe reminds me of dmv workers. Cons : They touch my stuff. By far THE WORST ! I picked my stuff up and after thoroughly looking through every single thing I noticed I'm missing my ring and not only that my bank card is missing along with my SS card and other cards that were left in my car ! I didn't even get back my daughter's car seat either that was in the car. This place looks through your things and is so unprofessional about how they get you your stuff back. read more

The woman at the desk was nice, she was however not helpful. No paper work was provided about my impound whatsoever. After I was handed my belongings in black trash bag that was next to the car I was allowed 'a couple minutes' to check if everything was removed. When I first approached the car I could see before even opening the door that things were left inside. I noticed a wire sticking out from my center console so I looked and noticed it had been cut. I finished checking the drivers side and after moving to the passenger side I saw something on the floor. I quickly noticed it was a car part and put two and two together that what it was, was my navigation had been cut from my vehicle and then stomped on. My husband waited by the gate and casually said to one of the employees driving a tow truck 'do you guys even care?' And he replied 'I don't care' and went on his way. This place seems SHADY. No regard for property that people try desperately to get back. My vehicle was clearly damaged along with my drive way when they picked the car up. read more

seriously some of the stupidest people I've ever run across! Apparently they couldn't get my car started because my battery was dead? Well that's what they told me anyway as I waited there for over an hour while they struggled with their jumper cables and a crappy minivan that didn't seem to be working. When they finally did get it started, a very nice woman at the front desk came out and told me that the battery cable was disconnected. I asked her why It was disconnected, and she said that whoever towed it disconnects the battery cable so the alarms don't go off. I then pointed out to her that it was One Way Tow who towed it. Do they not talk to the drivers who tow the cars? What a bunch of idiots!!! I doubt they'll be in business very long with that kind of a crew. Apparently a $650.00 towing fee doesn't include a person with an actual brain. I'm pretty sure it was one of the girls in the office who finally figured it out. LOL!!! read more
