The woman at the desk was nice, she was however not helpful. No paper work was provided about my impound whatsoever. After I was handed my belongings in black trash bag that was next to the car I was allowed 'a couple minutes' to check if everything was removed. When I first approached the car I could see before even opening the door that things were left inside. I noticed a wire sticking out from my center console so I looked and noticed it had been cut. I finished checking the drivers side and after moving to the passenger side I saw something on the floor. I quickly noticed it was a car part and put two and two together that what it was, was my navigation had been cut from my vehicle and then stomped on. My husband waited by the gate and casually said to one of the employees driving a tow truck 'do you guys even care?' And he replied 'I don't care' and went on his way. This place seems SHADY. No regard for property that people try desperately to get back. My vehicle was clearly damaged along with my drive way when they picked the car up. read more
